Why are you stuck on they had the money? So they acquired the money in one day? So, it's safe to assume they could have paid it all alone, correct? The million dollar question is why go delinquent in the first place? Is there some underlying advantage in allowing that to occur? Hey IDK unless someone has a theory. But regardless, why pay extra fees and whatever to reclaim property if you don't have to? Please make that make sense to me. Is the Genius Seamus up to something? Being late on everything does NOT build shareholder confidence. There's no way to spin that. I honestly don't think he has common shareholders in mind. We are last on the totem pole.....

In the past they would do a podcast or whatever in FEB and give a rough look as to how the previous yr went well before the numbers were filed. Now they have gone from that to filing over a month late. It could be their delay, it could be the SEC...who knows. Or they could actually be in discussions on a major transaction that requires a quiet period. That is almost what it feels like. Even if they don't PR often. It seems everything they have ever done in the past was 8k'd etc. We know they lost control of Jamestown and regained it. I'm surprised those events were not at least 8k'd. It's not the greatest look for them...but does show they have cash which leads me to believe the past filings of 2023 were at least close to accurate. I am in hopes there wasn't some funny accounting going on and that is what the hold up is. If they are now truly profitable there could actually be some kind of M/A negiations going on. Yes they are carrying debt and have some other issues...but a profitable company in this industry seems pretty valuable and maybe someone is considering making a move on it before numbers are announced and the price potentially goes higher? In time the profits from current operations would eventually take care of the legacy issues...so maybe a merger or acquisition isn't out of the question. Because to me this kinda feels like a quiet period. In the past interviews Seamus mentioned they were looking at growth by acquisition.

Who knows what is going on. We are now roughly 7days out from Q1 numbers which very well could be another one of the best Q's this company has seen in years following Q4 which likely was the same. It just feels strange to me because this company has been filing fins for yrs...and 8k'ing or pr'ing every event...but now silience with an operating hospital we know is there and open for business and access to $220k when they need it. What's the scoop here?!?

Again if I wanted to make donations to a charity to make myself feel good I would. For years, the customer/patient ratings for RNVA was horrible. I do hope they are doing a better job for their sake BUT we have invested and expect some return on our investment. I'm not going to celebrate what the company is expected to do. All the great things but yet still no bid.

Last week, we all thought that this company had its ducks in a row, only to find out it was delinquent on paying taxes. So, the thinking that this ticker is all good is just wrong. Paying late taxes might not be a big deal in the short term, but along with late filings...AGAIN, shows a pattern of not handling its business.

Well UBER I don't have the actual document but the article clearly states that's what occurred....Again it doesn't matter. It just shows the negative repetitive pattern of this company. At the end of the day we closed at .00005

It did not change hands for day. A tax lien is the best lien to have though because it primes even the mortgage. It gets collected FIRST if the property goes to sale. Tax lien after 3 years un-redeemed then and only then, does title transfer to the tax lien owner of almost 4 years prior.

If you think it changed hands for a day, answer this-

Utilities for a day ?

Keys/access for a day ?

Responsible for repairs, maintenance for a day ?

Did the new “owner” live there for a day ? Walked through it for a day ? Had a party there for a day ? Paid for a day’s operational costs ?

Think of a tax lien like a supplier/vendor/labor lien with super powers. And the lien pays handsome interest. If you get an owner that can’t pay, it’s a great deal, but only after 4 years.

After 4 years the property might be in rather serious decay as if the owner can’t pay the taxes, he probably can’t pay the maintenance either.

Please know what you talk about before you post stupid shit you have no idea what about its meaning.
