Why are you stuck on they had the money? So they acquired the money in one day? So, it's safe to assume they could have paid it all alone, correct? The million dollar question is why go delinquent in the first place? Is there some underlying advantage in allowing that to occur? Hey IDK unless someone has a theory. But regardless, why pay extra fees and whatever to reclaim property if you don't have to? Please make that make sense to me. Is the Genius Seamus up to something? Being late on everything does NOT build shareholder confidence. There's no way to spin that. I honestly don't think he has common shareholders in mind. We are last on the totem pole.....
