Again if I wanted to make donations to a charity to make myself feel good I would. For years, the customer/patient ratings for RNVA was horrible. I do hope they are doing a better job for their sake BUT we have invested and expect some return on our investment. I'm not going to celebrate what the company is expected to do. All the great things but yet still no bid.
