RTEC is a development and engineering firm with over 80 years of combined experience in construction, architecture, and engineering.
Company Goals and Objectives:
We seek to be the pioneer for green building, by developing premium, affordable container homes and meeting all LEED specifications for certification. Our initial plan is to reach out to all municipalities in the South Florida area with the message to "Go Green" using our designs and products. We then plan a large-scale outreach to cities, states, and other countries, to spread the message that eco-friendly living is possible and affordable.
We feature a unique product and price structure that allows us to target a very wide market. This market includes homeless and low-income housing programs, and ranges to municipalities, and even private homeowners of all income levels who have an interest in green and eco-friendly living.
The real estate industry continues to be sluggish, particularly in the South Florida area. At the same time, the move for sustainable, reusable products has never been stronger. These two factors combine to make a perfect moment for our products to enter the market.
We are poised to take advantage of many forthcoming changes in the way buildings are built, particularly in South Florida. These changes include an anticipated new building code called Miami 21, as well as evolving trends in custom design, energy efficiency, and eco-friendly architecture.
Our strength stems from a team of highly experienced and dedicated architects, engineers, and general contractors who put the best of their combined skills toward each project to assure complete client satisfaction. We combine extensive knowledge and experience with a strong passion for preserving the environment and providing affordable housing to those in need.
Those who purchase our eco-friendly structures will be able to qualify for government funding, tax breaks, property exceptions, utility/electric reimbursement programs, and the satisfaction of contributing to the growing movement for sustainable and "greener" living.

On January 27, 2010, Recycle Tech., Inc., (the "Company") entered into a material definitive agreement with Belmont Partners, LLC by which Belmont acquired twenty-three million six hundred sixty-nine thousand four hundred ninety (23,229,490) shares of the Company's common stock. The transaction closed on January 28, 2010. Following the transaction, Belmont Partners, LLC controls approximately 97.5% of the Company's outstanding capital stock.
