Reverse Share Split Effective April 1, 2012
Pursuant to an approved order by
the court-appointed custodian, each 1000 shares of our common stock issued and outstanding, or held
as treasury shares, immediately prior to the effective date of the Reverse Share Split, will become one
(1) share of the same class of our common stock on the effective date of the Reverse Share Split,
fractional shares rounded up, minimum share retention of one share
