Filings from the SEC says have 10 days... until then not certain although most likely...
wrong. the ten days is not some type of deadline. nothing the company does now changes the fact that the company committed securities violations. the company will eventually be revoked just as hundreds of other companies that have gone before. to understand how this works, study the following history.
https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=145804334
Yes... but you're assuming which most likely outcome but they have 10 days...
I'm not doubting you but where get this information?
too late to get current. the horse has left the barn as the sec has already instigated revocation proceedings.
Grey market... Like hear what Livingston has say about this...
I said force them if they want to continue selling shares they'll have to get current... and they may get current... anyone guess at this point.
this does not force the company to do anything. trading will resume on the grey market post suspension and will remain there until the registration is revoked and the symbol deleted.
I suspect this suspension may force management say something if want continue selling shares... Matt said he was going to add shareholder value. Looking forward to August 7th
lololol. there will be no level 11 on this ever again.
I received a email from td ameritrade . l2 is being fixed by otc markets

Still waiting for proof of R/S.. where is the proof?
Yes, but us retail shareholders are gonna get shafted again
Gotcha, I agree, though don’t know what it means for us.
Would love to know for sure who and why they’re picking up those large blocks.
Because the huge blocks been traded.it's been happening past months.f ck this not retail at all has to be for something else.those big huge blocks are not retail at all.
Dont forget to turn the lights off
Then why ask?... strange
As far as I know things are happening, just waiting on more confirmation like everyone else
Put together everything that is happening equals sometime is going on... unless you know for a fact nothing is going on... if so please speak up
How you figure?
Limit set for retail, MM does whatever I suppose...
I mistakenly thought that you couldn't sell a stock less than .0001
Possibly. About the only profit being made here at the moment.
Are you saying that they’re negotiating to get the shares with the company or with Livingston?
MM selling short at 1 covering 96... MM profits spread?
This exact thing has been happening for months now, all the way from our most recent high down to here.
Not much about this makes much sense. If this were to pay off the Livingston debt, why the whacks below the bid? Why the constant 2 large block trades? And who is buying all these shares and where are they going?
Bid unchanged . mms are accumulating these shares
almost 95+ million under .0001 yet bid and ask stay the same then tomorrow the ask will be 400 million and then 500 million pretty soon there will be 23940834 billion on the ask this turd seams like toxic dilution is killing it royally
Well, didn’t have to wait long to find out on that one.
I’m interested to see if we get anymore large blocks the next couple of days or if they’re done. Per the last os update, the os only had another 100m left before they would need to refill the os again, and I think those were taken care of last week.
That, along with last weeks 8k, could we be coming to the end?
Correct 100%.Something is cooking.you can tell the difference.on the large blocks that's other story.my opinion
Like most everyone else, I don't the the big blocks of stock were retail but today's transactions appear to be.
Appears impatient retail closing positions...
Anybody getting any 0001's other than MM's?
I agree.but the huge blocks on past few weeks doesn't look like retail to me?
What's your opinion
Looks like retail is getting a few ones today.
He thinks it's just file a paper and done.he doesn't even know what he's talking.he's learning the ropes.
Still waiting for proof.you just all talk.and nothing to show.
True . its not as easy as we want to sell shares so let us rs

QSI has patented a process to manufacture high-performance nanocatalysts. These nanocatalysts increase the rate of chemical reactions and, therefore, production efficiency in multi-billion dollar industrial chemical plants.
As much as 90% of all chemical processes utilize catalysts (oil refining, pollution abatement, and production of fuels and chemicals) and nearly 60% of all consumer and industrial products (fertilizers, plastics, pharmaceuticals and batteries) are made using catalysts.
QSI’s lead chemical focus is ammonia synthesis, which is critical to the global food supply. More than 80% of ammonia output is used as agricultural fertilizer for food production (supplying 50% of all human protein consumed). The approximately $100 billion USD of ammonia produced annually consumes 1-2% of the world’s energy supply, and nearly 5% of natural gas.
There are hundreds of ammonia plants in operation globally that could run more efficiently, and benefit from QSI’s catalyst accelerator technology.
A multi-billion dollar global industry, catalysts are essential to the world’s industrial production. As much as 90% of all chemical processes rely on the use of catalysts (including oil refining, pollution abatement, and production of fuels and chemicals). 60% of all consumer and industrial products (including fertilizers, plastics, pharmaceuticals and batteries) are made with the use of catalysts.
Current global catalyst markets are in excess of $16 billion annually. Because of the need for cleaner fuel and more energy-efficient processes, world demand for catalysts is forecast to increase at 5.3% per year to $21 billion in 2019.
Nanocatalysts sales are projected to reach $6 billion by 2018, and will play a critical role in reducing costs and increasing efficiency in the generation, storage and use of energy. (Sources: Freedonia Group, Global Industry Analysts, Inc.)
QSI products have unique properties that create superior results with cost-effective scalability. The ability to bulk-manufacture advanced nanoscale particles and leverage their unique catalytic properties in energy-intensive chemical processes makes us a strong partner and value-added technology provider. These competitive advantages are backed by 10 issued patents, external third party validation and ISO 9001:2008 compliance.
Leveraging our patented, automated, highly scalable and environmentally safe Gas Phase Condensation (GPC) process, we manufacture a number of high-quality metals, bi-metallic alloys, and catalysts at the nanoscale, including Iron, Silver, Copper, Nickel and Manganese. We also leverage our deep technical knowledge and process chemistry expertise to offer custom dispersions and integrated catalytic solutions for the energy storage and chemical sectors, including nanoscale Gold, Palladium, Aluminum and Tin.
