After Danzik’s company, RDX, happened to come into possession of six million dollars in tax credit funds that actually belonged to another company, Danzik decided to keep the money for himself. (In the Justice’s words, “Danzik stole all of the money.”)

Danzik violated and failed to comply with two different orders by Justice Kornreich: an Attachment Order which required him to put the tax credit funds in a separate account to be controlled by the court, and a Temporary Restraining Order which prohibited RDX from transferring or spending its assets, except for the payment of salaries, etc.

Instead, Danzik set up a shell company (M2R) to obscure and conceal his financial dealings. As the Justice wrote, “M2R is a sham company that exists solely for the purpose of evading this court’s orders and defrauding RDX’s creditors.”

Danzik pressured the witness David Bogardus, a former RDX employee, to sign a false affidavit, which falsely asserted that Danzik had nothing to do with M2R.

Danzik also coerced his employee Ms. Blazar into submitting false affidavits.

In the middle of the May 2016 contempt hearing resulting from his violation of Justice Kornreich’s orders, Danzik caused a stay of the proceedings by fraudulently filing for bankruptcy, almost certainly committing perjury in the process. As the Justice wrote: “It appears that the RDX Parties filed for bankruptcy to avoid the contempt hearing and sought to have this action adjudicated by another court. The bankruptcy court judges did not countenance this ploy.”

Danzik has engaged in the dishonest practices of “backdating invoices; taking money from the company under the pretense of fake business expenses; and lying about not receiving compensation from the company when, in fact, his salary was being withheld and used to set off his debt to the company…”

How on earth do you factually know that Danzik and his crew are "all crooks"? Where is your evidence? Well, the fact is, you have failed to provide any evidence because you have none. As such, you resort to childish name calling--that's all you have. Thus, this is your ONLY argument: "Trust me when I declare that Danzik is a crook because . . . well, because I said so, and if you fail to believe me, well . . . Let me give you an example of supporting a declaration with facts. I declare that Danzik is a liar. My evidence? He declared that he would provide investors with 16 videos that would serve to highlight Quantum Energy's operational technology, but he stopped at eight videos without offering a reason. So he lied. Danzik also stated that he would produce a longer video that would highlight the company's inaugural National Distributors Meeting presented at the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. Well, he didn't. He lied again. Then, too, on October 27th, in regards to its advance photo lighting technology, Quantum management announced that within a few weeks it would release a "full Photon Lighting video presentation." Well, we are now into February and still they haven't released the video. So they lied.

Do you now see how this works LoneGrey? Evidence is key in support of a declaration. Without it, you are just pissing in the wind.

SECURITIES FRAUD By Inductance Energy Corporation
Let's just remember what Quantum Energy Inc's subsidiary, Inductance Energy Corp, posted on their website for years, while selling Private Activity Bonds:
"Earth Engine is the only known power source propelled by Asymmetrical Magnetic Propulsion, producing energy that can be applied to generating electricity, and operating pumps, compressors, and other mechanical devices. With its massive list of features that set it above the competition. Earth Engine does not consume any fossil fuels, it does not run on the sun, the wind, hydro, bio-fuels, or radioactive fuel sources. It can run 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year creating constant energy unlike renewable technologies such as solar and wind. It is not reliant on a reaction, or burning of fuel source.”
- No requirement for any "Photon Power" or at all! No need for any "photonics!" All the "Earth Engine" needs is the "Asymmetrical Magnetic Propulsion!"
But "magnetic propulsion" is not an energy source, at all. The "Earth Engine" / "Photon Engine" is simply a type of electric motor, powered only by electricity and not at all by magnets.
Inductance Energy's blatantly false and fraudulent claims regarding their so-called "Earth Engine" (now renamed the "Photon Engine") clearly amount to securities fraud by Inductance Energy Corp, in my humble opinion. But Quantum Energy Corp has moved on from scamming investors, to scamming the gullible Distributors from whom they demand "non-refundable deposits."

Mr. 1776Rebel: I apologize for the slow pace of my efforts to encourage the world to deal appropriately Quantum Energy's securities fraud. I have never claimed to have any "evidence" that is not just as readily available to everyone else as it is to me. I have never claimed to have a "story" at all - I merely have sufficient knowledge of physics and electromagnetism to see the falsity of Quantum's claims. As I have said before, I expect to re-open a website dedicated to debunking Quantum Energy in the near future. The website will include the text of a complaint to be sent to the Securities Exchange Commission, asking the SEC to deal appropriately with Quantum Energy's fraudulent conduct. This will make it quite easy for others as well as myself to file a complaint to the SEC. Perhaps if the SEC receives the complaint from many people, instead of just one, they will finally take action. I am not a fast writer, so progress is slow, but don't worry - it's coming along.

Imagine, having a huge story in his pocket that, according to your ilk, would serve to warn the world about the evil Quantum Energy empire. He's got the empirical evidence--right? SECURITIES FRAUD By Quantum Energy Inc.

In April 2023, a presentation regarding Quantum Energy’s so-called “Direct Energy System” was given to potential investors at the Planet MicroCap Showcase in Las Vegas by a Quantum Energy executive named Dustin Hamby. This presentation included statements so blatantly false and misleading that I believe they amount to securities fraud by Quantum Energy Inc.

Describing Quantum’s energy system, Hamby says: “The technology is disruptive – it changes the way people look at power… This… reduces those costs further. It doesn’t have to have the sun, the wind, or any other fuel source to generate that electricity.”

– This is the same blatantly false claim that Dennis Danzik made for his “Earth Engine” for years, before renaming it as the “Photon Engine.” It rests on Danzik’s false claim that the “Engine” is actually powered by the “Magnetic Propulsion” provided by permanent magnets. In fact, the “Photon Engine” is simply an unconventional and inefficient type of electric motor. It is not powered by magnets at all. It is powered entirely by electricity. The electricity that powers it can only be generated though the use of the sun, the wind, or some other source of energy. The “Direct Energy System,” in essence, uses a type of electric motor to spin an alternator to generate electricity. The alternator will not produce more electricity than the electric motor consumes. Therefore there is nothing “disruptive” about the system. It will not “change the way people look at power,” and it will not “reduce costs.”

Hamby says: “Our IP is very strong, being the world’s first magnetic propulsion system that can generate electricity… that can deliver that electricity with zero emissions at a very low cost”

— This very misleading statement again rests on Quantum’s false pretense that Quantum’s so-called “Photon Engine” is a “revolutionary” device powered by “magnetic propulsion,” when in fact it is simply an unconventional and inefficient type of electric motor, powered by electricity.

Hamby says: “We have one of our Photonics systems that illustrates how we are recapturing voltage – wasted photons when we’re lighting a room. This voltage and amperage is utilized to run the control systems in our magnetic propulsion engines, which I’ll show you next.”

— This deceptive and misleading statement involves the same deception that we find in Danzik’s many videos on the Quantum Energy youtube channel. Quantum’s so-called “magnetic propulsion engine,” the “Photon Engine,” is simply a type of electric motor, powered entirely by electricity and not by magnets. The “recaptured voltage” from electric lights does not merely “run the control systems” of the electric motors which Quantum deceptively calls “magnetic propulsion engines” – it actually powers them.

Hamby says: “Why Quantum? We’re breakthrough technology… The renewable energy sector, their projects – solar projects, wind projects – they’re getting delayed because they don’t have transmission. Our solutions fix that. We don’t have to have transmission lines, because we’re creating the power where it’s consumed. We don’t need any sun, wind, hydro, it’s just the pairing of the permanent magnets.”

— This is yet another blatantly false and misleading statement. Quantum’s so-called “Photon Engine” is a type of electric motor, powered by electricity and not by magnets. Quantum does indeed need sun, wind, hydro, or some other of energy to generate the electricity that powers the electric motor that they call a “Photon Engine.”

In the interest of brevity, I have quoted above only a few of the many false and misleading statements made by Hamby in his presentation, which was false and misleading from beginning to end.

The false and misleading claims and statements regarding Quantum Energy’s so-called “Direct Energy System,” in the presentation given in April 2023 by a Quantum Energy executive, to potential investors at the Planet MicroCap Showcase, clearly amount to securities fraud by Quantum Energy, in my humble opinion.

QEC's claim that their so-called "Photon Engine" is powered by "magnetic propulsion" is false and fraudulent. The so-called "Photon Engine" is an unconventional and inefficient type of electric motor, powered by electricity and not at all by magnets or magnetic propulsion. The magnets of the "Photon Engine" motor merely help to convert electric energy to kinetic energy. QEC's claim that the "Photon Engine" is powered by magnetic propulsion amounts to securities fraud, in my humble opinion.
Danzik deceptively refers to the stator of his "Photon Engine" motor as an "attenuator" in order to conceal the true power source of the motor, which is electricity and not "magnetic propulsion."
A conventional electric motor replenishes the configuration energy of the motor during each cycle by reversing the flow of electricity. Danzik's motor replenishes the configuration energy in a quite different (and less efficient) way: by repositioning the entire stator. Nonetheless, it is simply an electric motor. In both cases, "magnetic propulsion" merely converts the configuration energy of the motor to kinetic energy, and does not "power" the motor. The configuration energy comes from the consumed electric energy and not from the magnets.

- That's what QEC's spokesman, Dustin Hamby, said in Las Vegas at the Planet MicroCap Showcase - and that's what Danzik and his companies had said for years. The magnets of the "Earth Engine" would create energy and make the grid and solar panels unnecessary. Danzik told the world for years that the "new science of Magnetic Propulsion" would provide all the energy anyone needed - without any reliance on solar energy or "Photon Power." It was only in 2023 that Danzik renamed the "Earth Engine" as the "Photon Engine," and began to tell the world about "photonics." But he still pretended that the "Photon Engine" would "amplify energy," and therefore could still make the grid and solar panels unnecessary, as indicated by Dustin Hamby - who actually replayed Quantum's old "ZEROGRID" video which claimed the same thing. But after being warned that such claims amounted to securities fraud, Danzik actually admitted (in comments below) that the "Photon Engine" would not "amplify energy," after all. And now, in their latest press release, Danzik brags about his company's SOLAR PANELS - even though QEC itself claimed that solar energy would be made completely unnecessary by QEC's "Photon Engine," as recently as April 2023.
In their latest press release, QEC does not even mention the wonderful "Photon Engine" which was supposed to free us from any reliance on solar energy, according to QEC's own presentation last April. Instead, the press release is all about the solar panels that QEC said we wouldn't need anymore!
QEC stated in a previous press release that their system could "recapture 50% of consumed energy," which it certainly will not.

- Would "big brother" like to explain how solar cells with 24% energy conversion efficiency could "recapture 50% of consumed energy," as previously claimed by QEC?
- And why does the press release not even mention the so-called "Photon Engine," a.k.a. "Earth Engine," which Danzik for many years claimed would "amplify energy" and thereby replace the grid - with no need of "Photon Power?"
Danzik recently admitted that the "Photon Engine" won't "amplify energy," after all - so I guess that scam is played out now.
