I don't know if we have any recourse in terms of a lawsuit. The reason I say that is because it was misleading on the part of QTCE to release PR's saying that they're completing this deal, etc.

Meanwhile, it turns out to be a scam, especially if you count that they paid the Stockster to P&D the stock.

What sucks is that the Pinks are not regulated by the SEC.
