Cyclone also had what seemed like a very strong leadership team, but in reality these people were not involved with the business at all with the exception of receiving stock as a form of payment for using their name.

Robert Edwards is a retired senior engineer from Lockheed Martin. George Nutz is technology consultant with almost 50 years experience working with external combustion and steam engines. He is the founder of Millennium Engineering Systems and Millennium Energy Systems, through which he has provided engineering guidance and expertise to multiple external combustion engine projects over the last twenty years.
Prior to consulting, Mr. Nutz was a staff research engineer at MIT Instrumentation Laboratory, part of the Department of Aeronautics and Astronautics. While in residence, he designed hardware and control systems, as well as steam cycles and applications. He represented MIT-IL at the Department of Transportation Clean Air / External Combustion hearings, and wrote several proposal papers outlining a working steam system. During this time he also became involved with steam automobile and steamboat groups and worked on boiler and engine designs/modifications, including being part of the MIT team designing and building a steam powered automobile for Saab for the MIT-Caltech “Clean Air Car Race”. Kevin P. Bowen retired from Raytheon Corporation as Chief Engineer for Maritime Vehicle Technology Development and has performed Systems Engineering development on manned and unmanned Surface and Undersea Vehicles for 30 years. He has held lead technical and management positions in the development of Riverine Combat Craft C4ISR, Autonomous Unmanned Surface Vehicles, Diver Detection Interdiction Systems, External Combustion Engines, Renewable Energy Systems, Large Scale Vehicle, MK 30 ASW Training Target System, proprietary UUV’s and Submarine Payloads & Sensors. He has been a major contributor to the US Navy and Japanese Deep Submergence Rescue Vehicles design, operation, test and evaluation. Kevin is Program Manager for Unmanned Surface Vehicle Technology Development and Diver Detection/ Intervention for Port Security. He is also Chief Engineer for UUV Propulsion Systems and Riverine Craft Combat System Architectures. Kevin was Technical Lead for Unmanned Underwater Vehicles (UUV’s) and Lead Systems Engineer on the MK 30 ASW Training Target System. Kevin was Technical Director for a proprietary UUV program at Applied Remote Technology. Mr. Bowen was responsible for design, production and test phases of the project. He directed the requirements development, alternatives selection, design definition, and validation for the project. Kevin was a Systems Engineering SME for the General Dynamics Electric Boat Advanced Seal Delivery System proposal. Peter Platell currently serves as CEO of his Company Ranotor Utvecklings AB and is involved with an EU combidiesel venture and projects of waste heat recovery for heavy duty trucks and passenger cars for leading automotive manufacturers in Europe. He will be Cyclone’s sales representative in Europe. With Peter’s extensive experience in engineering he will focus on licensee development, distribution and integration of Cyclone’s engines and products. Said they expect Phase 1 trial to begin in January.

I think he said they have 17 patients.

Trials to last about a year.

Gave some comps. Microbot (MBOT), Quadramet???? and Fusion (FUSN). Pretty healthy market cap (for FSUN- $300M) and in a similar stage of growth as QSAM I believe.

My notes are sketchy, he talks fast..lol.

Anyway some DD on these might give some insight as to what we can expect.

I've been with QSAM for the last couple of years. The only part of the former company that remains is the CFO... Mr. Chris Nelson. In my estimation, even though there is mostly new management and wholly new business direction company, the company retained Mr. Nelson because of his familiarity with the companies history and organization.

It's been too many years, and I'm not important to the issues at hand in any way. So, shorthand...I've never owned any shares of any company built like anything Chris N. has let loose on the American people. OK me= retired PRO hft trader for 15yr. Retired PRO musician 25yrs. ed.
I have my BA, MBA, UC. and Pepperdine. Minor in finance. I taught music 2yrs. Got lured in by poster steamvet at yahoo finance. I was working for my sister on a scam she was lured into called LBAS. I did everything I could, but her greed blinded her hubby and she went along. Lost their house and 401K gone. Plus debt. Silly. You can give the best sound advice steeped in vast history, and still greed blinds the intel. and successful people are led like sheepeople...high on hopium. Chris Nelson has this exact pattern over and over with penny stocks that either disappear like cypw, or just rev. split the commons to nothing and mgmnt holds other shares.
