Greetings Televet, Please ask C. Nelson about the Cyclone Inc. deal that the SEC had to step in and block as "TOO DILUTIVE TO SHAREHOLDERS" this 1 deal out of 100. was stopped. WHY? Cuz insiders (chris and harry) went to Caymen Islands to get funding...
They were giving away tens of thousands of shares to " consultants" and grease this palm and that...gave huge warrants against future shares millions upon..oh wait billions of worthless shares. built on selling debt! Now last time it took Nelson over 2 years to fall from 30c (now) to SUB-PENNY! then he robbed the corp of all assets and left! but....during that time selling declining shares and debt and warrants out 15 years...lol. con con..ponsi. investors will never see a return on or of their money. period. declines= stuck bagholders...going to sub penny.
