I can tell you from 1st hand exp. Chris Nelson has this exact pattern over and over with penny stocks that either disappear like cypw, or just rev. split the commons to nothing and mgmnt holds other shares. And partnerships, and LOI's and from saving the planet with 1 engine, to saving global warming with compost, to now curing cancer. Funny they can do whatever they want. As has been shown. and 20 years of taking tens of millions to run shell companies and make them seem like the next greatest company on earth. And guessing this higher is funny due to the constant dilution that is a stock selling scheme. Which is this very pattern exactly.
