I'm really confused! I saw QPCI price went up and was about to throw some money in but decided to do some looking around and saw this posting:

and found proven SEC’s website:

At the bottom it indicated that "The Company anticipates that it will in the near future file for protection under Chapter 7 of the federal bankruptcy laws and that its common stock will have no value after liquidation of the Company is completed."

No, I know its old. The only reason I posted it was I read in other posts, that only part of the assets were acquired, where this states ALL the assets were acquired.

this is old/known news and as per this and todays 8-k, it is clear that QPCI is a clean shell now. DMC capital acquired only the assets of the company, not the shell.
now the question is what they are going to do with the shell and how long they will take to do something with this shell. also if/what RS will they do to the common stock, the os is just 38m.

umm no the company is going into chapter 7 and thus the stock and the company will be liquidated the company has stated this just recently, there is no buy out or anything who would want this? this thing is headed for the crapper Ungar screwed this thing up badly
