I'm really confused! I saw QPCI price went up and was about to throw some money in but decided to do some looking around and saw this posting:

and found proven SEC’s website:
http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1310753/000114420409030787/v151502_8k.htm

At the bottom it indicated that "The Company anticipates that it will in the near future file for protection under Chapter 7 of the federal bankruptcy laws and that its common stock will have no value after liquidation of the Company is completed."

Any thoughts?
