this is old/known news and as per this and todays 8-k, it is clear that QPCI is a clean shell now. DMC capital acquired only the assets of the company, not the shell.
now the question is what they are going to do with the shell and how long they will take to do something with this shell. also if/what RS will they do to the common stock, the os is just 38m.
