The dividend is payable June 26, 2009 to shareholders of record June 5, 2009.

QNB Bank To Open Branch Office in Wescosville QUAKERTOWN, Pa., Sept 30, 2008 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- Thomas J. Bisko, President and CEO of QNB Bank (QNB), announced that QNB will be establishing its ninth branch office in the West Valley Market Place at 1042 Mill Creek Road in Lower Macungie Township. The bank will occupy the retail space adjacent to Cold Stone Creamery. Construction of the new office is currently underway and a mid-November, 2008 opening is anticipated. This branch will be a temporary location that will be utilized until construction is completed on a permanent branch location at the northwest corner of Mill Creek Road and Hamilton Boulevard. The permanent branch site is in the development process and construction is expected to begin in mid- 2009 with anticipated completion by the end of 2009. Bisko said, "Lower Macungie Township is one of the fastest growing areas in the state of Pennsylvania and it represents a natural extension of our existing market. Our Coopersburg branch has been serving residents of Southern Lehigh County for 20 years and we're very excited to be able to bring our brand of community banking to a larger portion of Lehigh County."
