View Additional ProfilesQuakertown, Pa., May 19 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The Board of Directors of QNB Corp., (OTC Bulletin Board: QNBC) at a regular meeting May 19, 2009 declared a quarterly cash dividend of $.24 per share. The dividend is payable June 26, 2009 to shareholders of record June 5, 2009.
