Seems like everything is popping on the OTC. No news here, facebook page old posts only, financials in arrears, website down....it doesn't look good.

Back when, I thought this one was a sure bet and paid for it. Hopefully some sort of acquisition happens that does not exclude the share holders.

Is Prosperity a real company with any real business, that can be verified? If it can, we may finally be heading somewhere. My guess.... the judgment is being traded for services/deals with Prosperity, that will benefit Provision, in lieu of any cash judgement.

if that broker bought it for you, they can not refuse to take a sell order. do not talk to the help line. those are usually the dumbest people in the room. call back and ask to speak to their compliance officer or, if they are not available, the shift supervisor.

the first thing you have to do is take the loss. after that, contact your tax advisor. if you don't have one your brokerage home page should have some tax info.
