Ahem, what did you say? "Hundred million dollar Company."
With Michael D. Sheppard on the board this Company WILL go down in a ball of flames like everything else he's been involved with.
The PPS is at .0595, it was over .65 when he was brought on a few months ago. He successfully SCAMMED another set of investors out of millions, see NMCX.
AIMHO
Ditto. And he's still trying to SCAM people.
Wouldn't touch this with a 10 foot pole, got burned by this guy once with NMCX.
Should be a hundred million dollar company!
I hear hospitals really need help with needles!
Thanks Albacora. I have no interest in investing in this company. Someone brought it to my attention and after looking at it I have no interest. They need money and aren't ever getting off the ground. I'll stick with Unilife which will be listing on the Nasdaq sometime in February. They have a major deal with Sanofi and 50 million in the bank. Their first product is ready to start large scale manufacturing. Take a look at them if you are interested in safety syringes, www.unilife.com. You should also take a look at DYSL. Just reported great numbers.
Go to IHub board for nmcx and read the IBox. Has all info about the character of M. Sheppard.
Michael Sheppard was/is the CEO for NMC Inc., No one is quite sure. NMCX is a Company that has been a HUGE stock SCAM for about 8 years now. He was hired by PMTD in a similar position, and since that date, this stock has dropped from .65 to .21.
You can visit www.nmcinc.com and read up about it and Mr. Sheppard.
NMC Inc. is delisted currently, and has been rated Caveat Emptor now for two years!
Who is Michael Sheppard? I've seen their product and it of no comparison to the Unilife product.
And now you know why:
We entered into a share exchange agreement (the "Share Exchange Agreement") with SquareOne Medical, Inc. ("SquareOne"), a Nevada company, and the shareholders of SquareOne (the "SquareOne Shareholders") on June 25, 2009 (the "Closing Date"). On the Closing Date, pursuant to the terms of the Share Exchange Agreement, we acquired all of the issued and outstanding common stock of SquareOne from the SquareOne Shareholders. In exchange, we issued to the SquareOne Shareholders, their designees or assigns, 35,000,000 shares of our common stock. In addition, at the Closing Date, Hadas Yaron and Yosef Itamar Krytman, our former officers and directors, and Avraham Yoel Zeitlin, our principal shareholder, cancelled a total number of 15,000,000 shares of our Common Stock. As a result of the cancellation, the 35,000,000 shares represent approximately 77.78% of our common stock
Liquidity and Capital Resources
We are a development stage company. As of September 30, 2009, we have incurred
an accumulated net loss of $3,700,955. At September 30, 2009, we had cash and
cash equivalents of $70,822. Our independent auditor has raised concern about
our ability to continue as a going concern. Management is trying to raise
additional capital through sales of common stock, as well as seeking financing
from third parties.
Stocks that hire Michael D. Sheppard don't float, they sink....have a look at NMCX
AIMHO
The company's press releases smell of desperation. If you want to invest in a safety syringe company, I suggest you take a look at www.unilife.com for a company that is actually producing product.

only a few problems. No mention of the company actually manufacturing product or having any sales. Patents have a limited lifespan too it appears.
The Protectus Safety Syringe (formerly SquareOne Safety Syringe), the Company's lead product, is a patented, automatically self-sheathing safety hypodermic syringe. The Protectus Safety Syringe is designed to reduce or eliminate the dangers of accidental needlestick injuries to healthcare workers who may be pricked, scraped or injected by a needle before or after it has been injected and withdrawn from patients potentially carrying infectious bloodborne microorganisms. The Company has received 510(k) permission from the US FDA to manufacture and market its Safety Syringe in the US. No other permissions are required to manufacture and market the device. Protectus Medical Devices is managed and operated by four experienced and dynamic leaders who have pioneered the development of safe and effective medical devices.
ETEN OVERVIEW
Protectus Medical Devices, Inc. (formerly SquareOne Medical, Inc.) has developed and patented innovative safety medical percutaneous devices that, collectively, have the potential to dramatically reduce needlestick injuries for medical professionals worldwide.
The Protectus Safety Syringe, the Company's lead product, is the only fully automatic, self-sheathing safety hypodermic syringe that currently meets the functional definition of "Self-Sheathing" mandated by the U.S. Federal Government. None of the manufacturers of other devices on the market can make this claim.
The product's status as the sole fully automatic,self-sheathing syringe gives Protectus Medical the potential to gain a substantial share of the nearly
$5 Billion global hypodermic syringe market. Protectus Medical Devices has successfully patented its automatic self-sheathing hypodermic safety syringe product, and, based on the results of full comparison clinical trials, the Protectus device has received the required 510(k) permission from the U.S. FDA to market and sell the device in the U.S. With plans to be on the market in 2009, along with the new OSHA regulations requiring significantly safer needle devices, Protectus Medical Devices is well- positioned in the safety syringe marketplace.
Each year there are 600,000 to 1 million injuries (grossly under-reported) related to accidental needlesticks in the United States alone. These injuries have led to tens of thousands of cases of hepatitis and HIV exposures. Healthcare workers face the prospect of years of physical and psychological suffering and even death as a result of this common, but preventable problem. The yearly direct cost of healthcare supplies and services required to treat the victims of accidental needle sticks is estimated to exceed $3 Billion!
Cost projections for manufacturing the Protectus Safety Syringe are only modestly higher than that of conventional syringes on the market today. The price of the Protectus Safety Syringe will be comparable to or less than other safety syringes currently on the market.
In summary, Protectus Medical has developed a proprietary, patented Safety Syringe that can be manufactured for a modest cost increase over existing syringes without safety features. Based on the results of full-comparison clinical trials, the Protectus device has received the required 510(k) permission from the U.S. FDA to market and sell the device in the U.S. The Protectus Safety Syringe provides a tremendous marketing advantage over competitive devices, especially since Federal legislation now requires the use of safety syringes in all applications, particularly those that are automatic and self-sheathing, in all applications.

WHAT a differance a week makes HARDWARE NEWS this past week on a new FIREWALL anti TECH and today THIS:
nterNet Inc. Signs Letter of Intent to Acquire Technology to Further Expand its Base of Law Enforcement and Court Services
SCOTTSDALE, Ariz.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 23, 2002--EnterNet, Inc. (OTCBB:ETEN) announced today that, further to a preliminary agreement signed in November 2001 to acquire the Court Manager Suite (an Internet-based, multi-agency ASP application managing confidential and administrative court case information in such areas as Child Advocacy and Drug Court), they have signed a second Preliminary Agreement with iCyberdata to acquire their leading edge technology, IDNet: Intelligent Device Network.
IDNet is an ASP service that provides a data portal to the law enforcement community, allowing users to retrieve information from both local and national databases, via a handheld PDA using wireless and Global Positioning Satellite (GPS) capabilities. The PDA -- `Intelligent Agent Device (IAD)' -- utilizes iCyberData's CyberTrans (wireless) technology, permitting a secure connection and access to the IDNet informational portal.
Each IAD will be capable of accessing and displaying traffic, criminal, property, tactical and emergency information within a secured and `firewalled' environment. Together, the IDNet portal and iCyberData's wireless technology will provide an officer, remotely, with information without interfering with existing data storage mechanisms already in place in the community. As with the Court Manager Suite, iCyberData is developing the functionality and features of the IDNet portal in cooperation with several national law enforcement agencies.
There are an estimated 1.6 million law enforcement officers in the United States, working in Federal, State, County and local organizations; providing them with real time information, whatever their geographical location, ensures increased effectiveness in carrying out their everyday duties. The IDNet allows for the secure exchange of information from different databases, even providing for international information to be available. Its application is suitable for use in military operations as well.
A number of agencies have contacted iCyberData expressing interest in the technology. The Company has further initiated preliminary discussions with key strategic alliance partners to expand its ability to market the IDNet applications, penetrating other vertical markets.
For further information on EnterNet, or its acquisition of IDNet, please contact the Company's Public Relation Department 480/778-2415.

EnterNet Inc. Signs Letter of Intent to Acquire a Revolutionary Internet Firewall and Virus Blocker
EnterNet Inc. Signs Letter of Intent to Acquire a Revolutionary Internet
Firewall and Virus Blocker
SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., Jan 8, 2002 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- EnterNet Inc. (OTCBB:ETEN) is
pleased to announce today that it has signed a Letter of Intent with Preferred
Internet Technology, Inc. of Scottsdale, Ariz., to acquire, for restricted stock
and cash, all rights, title and interest in their patent pending Router /
Firewall / VirusBlock hardware device, known as netMind.
The netMind product -- three years in the market -- essentially makes a user
network invisible to the Internet (via any method of connection) effectively
blocking any unauthorized or unwanted source of intrusion such as "hackers",
worm or executable (`exe' attachments) Trojan Horse viruses. The plug and play
software/hardware solution provides a proven secure firewall and virus block
protection (complete with "Packet Filtering and Stateful Inspection") and is not
only the smallest product of its type on the market today, but is also the only
such product with a patent pending. Its optional Secure Virtual Private Network
(SVPN) also offers a 512 byte-encrypted tunnel for data and packet handling.
In addition to its vast business application, netMIND --
www.netmind-firewall.com -- is also attractively priced offering a significant
discount to its competitors, with base prices starting at under $700.00/unit
compared to that of almost $3,000.00/unit for its nearest competitor's product.
And as there are no updates to download or additional (future) software
purchases required to keep the product current, the one time purchase price
further adds to its overall cost efficiency.
The closing of the netMIND acquisition completes two important steps regarding
EnterNet's corporate objectives:
-- 1. netMIND is natural external hardware compliment, "hand in
glove" add-on to the Company's iCyberdata Court Manager Suite
of products, previously announced by EnterNet (November 19,
2001)
-- 2. The product's standalone market potential will be a
lucrative revenue source for EnterNet.
During the three years that netMIND has been marketing and installing their
proprietary product, it has become dramatically obvious that the market
potential is vast. According to recent Nielsen/Net ratings, there are currently
over 400 Million Internet users globally, 162 Million of those in the United
States alone. That measure combined with Internet security experts -- as quoted
by CNN.com and Reuters -- stating that 2001 was the worst year for computer
viruses with an estimated $2.6 Billion in damages, to some 300,000 computers,
and an estimated $12.3 Billion to actually fix the damage, it is no surprise
that there is a (2002) potential market of $32 Billion for Internet related
products, with firewalls and virus protection making up a substantial portion of
that.
As such, it is EnterNet's goal -- and Management believes it to be an attainable
one -- to become the key industry supplier of such Internet security products to
small, midsize and home-based businesses.
Note: Please watch for further details regarding a Hackers Challenge to be
sponsored by EnterNet. This challenge will prove the security of not only the
firewall but also VirusBlock and will offer a significant cash price to the
hackers of the world.

The iCyberData Court Suite management system permits the interaction of multiple agencies within each county to access the court’s database, utilizing their existing hardware and dial up networks. Its features also make the application ideally suited to almost any business or government agency that requires any type of shared database, including companies that want to track inventory, sales, customer information, etc. The iCyberData product lines are particularly attractive to businesses that do not have networking to all their users. Because the technology performs with narrow bandwidth, remote users no longer need high-speed lines to access corporate information. This technology provides the same functionality as if the user was sitting at a workstation but is instead connected to the database via the Internet without the use of web pages.
Enternet’s iDrug Court
iDrugCourt allows judges, caseworkers, court personnel, providers and testing facilities to work together by accessing a centralized database. You simply install iDrugCourt software on each user's computer and it will locate the drug court database from within the court system over the Internet or Intranet.

iCyberData’s Drug Court Case Management Software is currently in use in several jurisdictions throughout Florida. With the positive response to its beta testing and the numerous inquiries from all over the United States and even other countries Enternet Inc. is convinced that iCyberdata’s proprietary technology and “first to market” advantage will propel it into being the leading provider of remote interactive information management in the legal, governmental and law enforcement communities, not only in the United States but internationally.
Enternet’s mission is now to build from the iCyberdata base to become the leading provider of Internet based case management systems and family law software in the United States and internationally.
Products
With the completion of the iCyberdata Agreement, Enternet will actively market the Court Manager Suite product line. Court Manager Suite was designed and tested in conjunction with Hillsborough County, Florida and is currently being used in several other counties. The Court manage Suite is an easy to use, suite of nine case management programs designed to provide unique interactive Intranet and Internet services in a secure environment to the justice system, law enforcement, legal services, courts and related agencies. The Court Suite’s ASP capabilities allow for data to be accessed, and where appropriate, modified at all levels, providing fully secure true multi-agency integration throughout the justice system.
