Michael Sheppard was/is the CEO for NMC Inc., No one is quite sure. NMCX is a Company that has been a HUGE stock SCAM for about 8 years now. He was hired by PMTD in a similar position, and since that date, this stock has dropped from .65 to .21.

NMC Inc. is delisted currently, and has been rated Caveat Emptor now for two years!
