Dollars to doughnuts when the folks over on the CODX side figure out that HLTY has a direct correlation these prices will not last. As soon as HLTY drops their next PR, it’s off to the races! The key to opening the world back up for business is testing, testing, testing! HLTY has tons of business already locked up. They just need to put out exactly how much and what is to come. I have a feeling some are quietly loading before that happens. Something tells me next week. ;)

We got a nice PR when the first 2 countries were announced, along with the first order of 37500 kits. It would be nice to get some similar info on orders and/or shipments to some of the ELEVEN countries that HLTY is now distributing to. That would be appropriate given they announced their first order was bought and paid for, and shipped to Ecuador and Russia. So let's hear from Mgmt about the other 9 countries where they are licensed to distribute. I am a HUGE believer in the potential of grabbing distribution to countries and markets that are normally forced to sit on the sidelines and wait (and SUFFER and DIE) while waiting for the US and European markets to get all the products - in this case, lifesaving pandemic tests.

Small float OTCs are subject to all kinds of manipulation. That's the bad news. The good news is, if you put in a bid to buy or sell and it's 20 or 30 cents off the bid, the market maker may pop or drop the price to pick up the sale and bag the commission. So I kind of like the OTC position of HLTY plus I think the CEO was VERY forthcoming and candid when he pivoted to add COVID screening tests to the company's new business strategy. Capturing exclusive licenses to distribute CODX (best in class pcr test!) in ELEVEN countries is pretty impressive. I think there is a tie-in between their consulting business (which is how they started life as a venture) and the CODX distribution licenses. I am eager to see the impact on revenues.

News is coming real soon and it will no doubt be good news. We saw the PPS quadruple the last time. I wouldn’t sell for any less than $3 but that’s just me.

Not worried a bit about earnings report. It still hasn’t set in among the market that the world needs testing kits. There are many more deals to get locked up soon. Earnings will blow away previous quarters, years. HLTY is about to be on the next level.

Yeah, I added last week around the same. I think others are quietly adding, too. All one has to do is look at the financials here and it’s so obvious where the PPS should be. Exactly! With 12.5 million O/S and 10.4 million of those restricted, the float is just over 2 million. So based on the one order alone this PPS should be a minimum of $3-$4! And that’s with now X factor. I’m just waiting for the day others see the real value here.

CV stocks are down but this is the quiet before the storm. HLTY is still lurking under the radar. We know they bought and paid for 37500 CODX CIVID19 test kits w 100 tests in each kit. That's 3.7 million tests. So let's say as a distributor they only made $1 per test. That's $3.7 MILLION on just their FIRST order to ONLY 2 of the 11 countries they have exclusive license to. Q1 Revenue GROWTH should be impressive.

More news of distribution agreements added! Why anyone sold last week is beyond me. The OS and float here is sooo small HLTY is a bargain under $5! People are going to be using these test kits for months or even years. Hundreds of millions of people are going to be tested for Covid19. Its not going away anytime soon.

I really like the strategy here - grab first mover advantage in under-served and overlooked countries/markets! Normally these countries wouldn't have access to US based technology for a year or more when the US companies get around to selling overseas. HLTY jumped on this fast and is distributing state of the art, best in class, affordable CODX virus test kits to more than half a dozen countries - which is a good humanitarian move as well as a growth strategy. I think $1.00 a share will look cheap in another couple of months so watch this stock closely. The first 7500 CODX kits were shipped by HLTY to Russia. The 30,000 to ecuador are en route. We don't know the initial orders for the other 3 countries but will probably know soon. Revenues from Covid19 test kit sales guarantees strong growth in 2020.

I didn't post much. I decided to go outside where the real action is and watch grass grow! This stock will take off tomorrow and we will close over $1, most likely over $1.50 and the volume will be heavier than today and last Friday. That's what the daily charts are telling me!

The volume is it's typical low in the am. Still not many eyes on it. But we know that the $ from the past overseas 5 deals with CODX already make this far more valuable the $1 or $2.

If CODX announces more joint ventures with HLTY this week... well who knows how far this can go.

Winning US market share would be awesome, but there is enough EU business for HLTY and CODX to make this fly.

Volume of 374,000 on Friday is big for HLTY. Most days it is under 100k. So I think that more eyes are on it. It will be interesting to see how the volume kicks off Monday morning. But Blue Skies...yes
