Small float OTCs are subject to all kinds of manipulation. That's the bad news. The good news is, if you put in a bid to buy or sell and it's 20 or 30 cents off the bid, the market maker may pop or drop the price to pick up the sale and bag the commission. So I kind of like the OTC position of HLTY plus I think the CEO was VERY forthcoming and candid when he pivoted to add COVID screening tests to the company's new business strategy. Capturing exclusive licenses to distribute CODX (best in class pcr test!) in ELEVEN countries is pretty impressive. I think there is a tie-in between their consulting business (which is how they started life as a venture) and the CODX distribution licenses. I am eager to see the impact on revenues.
