HLTY SEC Suspension "because of questions and concerns regarding the adequacy and accuracy of publicly available information in the marketplace concerning HTLY. The questions relate to (1) press releases, since at least March 11, 2020, about HTLY’s orders of COVID-19 tests for overseas customers, and (2) press releases and other publicly disseminated statements, since at least March 18, 2020, about the existence of customer orders."
