Have faith, something may finally be brewing with PSPF because the ask was getting thin on Friday. Reverse mergers take time and if BAC is assisting in putting a real company into PSPF I believe it will need to be fully reporting.

Yes there is and I have reasearched it a while back after I re-did the board here but I never knew why they did that .I was thinking something big was in the works at the time and I believe there still is as stock workings ins and outs dont always occur on our time lols.When it does we will see a huge run up due to the low SS or at least last time I checked it was.

I bought in high when the news came out to do with B of A. I was hoping for a P&D or a quick bail out or anything other than a slow bleed in PPS, so I am in the hole 75% and hoping for more life. I do agree with 12th that this will never be PSPF and make money but it is a nice shell for another to merge with a slide into the OTC market and slowly up list to AMEX. Though when???? Who knows. The PPS has held at these levels for months and has found its support. Buying in at these levels and throwing the dice is a safe bet as I don't see it going lower so buy in, get bored, sell out all you lost is commission. If my current investment pan out I may average down her and wait and see, could be my retirement ;)

Mick, to be honest I'm riding Bank of America's coat tails here with PSPF. They may have knowledge that is confidential that we will never know anything about until something happens with PSPF. It's clear that the share structure isn't much changed from the filing. I imagine Bank of America would throw a fit if their stake was compromised. And with Mr. Buffett having those 700 million share warrants on Bank of America the sky is the limit here. The bottom is .0001 with no bid. I'm cool with that if it happens. I'm also okay if Bank of America wants to put a billion dollar market cap company into this shell in a decade or so.

It's not chilled or anything, just someone alledgedly took advantage of the filing. Alledgedly they set up a penny stock website and after front running PSPF they put out a buy alert so it's got the CE designation on pink sheets. Nothing that a fully reporting company wouldn't immediately have removed upon completion of a reverse merger in my opinion. That fiasco scared everyone off so now PSPF is cheap again...

Yes, it's a low share structure shell and she can move FAST! According to the Bank of America filing(check the signature on the filing http://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=nmona&article=51191589 and do some DD on him!) they own 5.78% of PSPF with 4,800,000 shares. That means at the time of the filing there were only approximately 83,044,983 outstanding, and who knows how many in the float. Not much volume since the filing came out and the buzz died down. Now PSPF appears cheap in my opinion.
