Yes there is and I have reasearched it a while back after I re-did the board here but I never knew why they did that .I was thinking something big was in the works at the time and I believe there still is as stock workings ins and outs dont always occur on our time lols.When it does we will see a huge run up due to the low SS or at least last time I checked it was.
