Seems as if 4 is our BID and 3s are gone. If the info that I have is correct, not many shares on the ASK. Once they are taken out, 5s are back up again. Too many OS for a run to .01, but a run to .001 would be great.

Agreed. We know that this occurs on every board in the stock market. According to OTC Markets, Tesla has over 3 billion outstanding shares, and the authorized share count is "unknown." Just off of the outstanding share count, the market cap is slightly over $574 billion. Last July, the stock price reached $284 a share, compared to the $180 it trades at today. I think this would put the market cap at around $900 billion.

Do they have those kind of revenues? I'm thinking no. As you say, it's about potential - people are investing today, thinking that in 10-20 years, their piece of the pie will grow substantially in an ever-growing EV car market. Many of these investors are probably in their 20s, and aren't flippers - they're actually thinking about their long-term futures, and are treating Tesla as a mutual fund/IRA. That's what I'm suspecting anyways. I have a buddy in his late 20's who put a fair amount in Apple 8 years ago. He's certainly happy today.

I think for people only thinking of 1 day trades, or maybe a month in a stock, and flipping constantly (i.e. someone who basically trades for a living), this just isn't in their mindset. They may just not have the patience for it.

Just want to reply to one thing and one thing only. Regardless of stock you are in, they are trading at some sort of multiple. Some made up number that people use as a benchmark. Including all the big boys. NVDA and alike. It becomes a comparing game and it's relatively due to nothing other than some multiple, potential, and trader naivity. Seems pretty congruent with OTC stocks. So, you can throw out a MC, at this point, it doesn't matter. It's about potential. People use charts everywhere and this shows on the chart a 'golden cross' breakout city. Anyone doing technicals know this and anyone that honestly trades based on technicals will be hopping on the train, plus the potential.

But everything else about being contacted is very understandable.

I don't invest in stocks with 45 BILLION outstanding, period. don't care what this corp does. share structure management is important to me and this is grossly f'ed.

Glad you are so optimistic. We have no clue what this can or cannot touch. Depends on what this has. We know this company has at least 15 companies + 2 more, one in Milan, the other in Shanghai. We do not necessarily know if they already have more. One of which is a Michelin star restaurant. Id expect them to have more chains because the company checked off "import and export" related business. So, that is something we do not fully understand either. They are moving product to different locations. Could be much larger than you and I think.

Congratulations.... you are in the OTC. Where that is always a possibility. We all are high risk gamblers otherwise we wouldnt be on a stock board for the OTC. Many ways to place the OTC and tickers. Some purchase stock in something that may happen and wait. Others, they flip. Others run on technicals and momentum. Its high risk/reward behavior. Honestly, you shouldn't care seeing this is a crappy stock. So, have a good day.

We who have been here for a while have stayed because Tad was diligent in cleaning up the financials ang trying to merge with a good company. No scamming, just pretty solid work. I think most of the old timers here think he is a stand up guy. Caren Currier has been rehabbing OTC shells for a while. She has had mixed success, but has not been accused of scamming. The new Chinese owners havent revealed much about themselves, but the $3.6 million they put in is impressive for an OTC. They put money in rather than take our money away, unlike scammers that have come into other tickers. That to me shows a real commitment here, where they put their money where their mouth is.
