Home Contact Global Intro People Line Restructuring
The company I am currently working for as a VoIP consultant, People Line Phone Company, has just completed a very important corporate restructuring. This restructuring will allow us to continue to grow and attract investors. We desperately need an infusion of cash to keep this company going strong, we will wait for news of investors coming aboard. Ed Gallagher is heading our financing initiatives.
Our ticker symbol has been changed from POPC to PLLN, with PLLN still needing price stability before it will really start trading. Please read all investment information on the Pink Sheets website before investing in any security listed on the Pinks.
The news release is located here. A 500-1 reverse stock split was demanded by the SEC, I guess we ran out of 100-1 splits. Obviously there are some unhappy people out there, apparently it is something we needed to do to free ourselves from off-shore short selling, and to regain control of our shell.

was that press release serious??? this guy hires a firm to work his company, at 1.90 by 3.90 with no volume...and he wonders why the stock price went down??? imo, Ed Gallagher is a full fledged idiot, I bet this firm was planning on running the stock from that price...but Ed was too dumb to realize how the stock market works...oh boy I hate some of these CEOs
NEW BREED OF STOCK PROMOTION???
Congratulations to Eddie "Brownteeth" Gallagher!!!!
Eddie and his VOIP cohorts up at PeopleLine Telecom, Inc. (PPTM)may have created "a cornered long squeeze" for Insiders to potentially abuse by allegedly cancelling a contract with Expedite Ventures Inc. AKA Wall Street Grapevine. Has this Promoter oversold his 'allotment' of PPTM? We will probably never know.
Spam - PeopleLine Telespam is everywhere on the heels of 35 pink halts - a non reporting Pink, a Canadian company with allegedly a virtual office in LA - for the second time has benefitted from huge waves of spam - yet swears on a stack that they have no clue who sent it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

LOS ANGELES, Mar 27, 2007 (PrimeNewswire via COMTEX) --Peopleline Telecom Inc. (Pink Sheets:PPTM) announced today yet another expansion to the Peopleline VoIP Network to service eastern Canada, mainly the Toronto and Ottawa area. The services are to be extended to people in the cities of Toronto and Ottawa and other Ontario centres almost immediately in response to VoIP, which will cause immediate expansion of the network.

services they want and paying only for those they use with no strings attached is popular with the customers and stands out in a crowd of competing unlimited minute packages. As a result, we expect our growth rate to continue to accelerate, driven by the ever increasing acceptance of VoIP as a

(COMTEX)B: Peopleline PPTM Sends "Spam"
Eddie Gallagher - IS NOT TO BE BELIEVED -- 2nd time Eddie pays for spam and forgets IMO
LOS ANGELES, Mar 26, 2007 (PrimeNewswire via COMTEX) --Peopleline Telecom Inc. (Pink Sheets:PPTM) wishes to advise that on March 1, 2007, it retained the services of Expedite Ventures Inc. AKA Wall Street Grapevine to conduct investor relations for the Company. At the time of engaging this firm the market was trading at $1.90 by $3.90 on little or no
volume.
On March 7, 2007, trading commenced and persons started hitting the Bid Price for large amounts of shares and drove the price down, despite daily contact by Peopleline's CEO. Finally on March 11, 2007, an email was sent to the Principal Tim Dougherty rescinding the contract and requesting they
discontinue any activity on this Company.
Despite daily phone calls, they continued for the next several days and finally drove the price down to $0.30 to $0.56 through their broker at Cambria Capital. Contact was made with Compliance Officers at Cambria who confirmed the manipulation, but no explanation was received. Originally Tim
Dougherty agreed to rectify matters but nothing has occurred except further manipulation. In fact, in one of Wall Street Grapevine's daily news bulletins they mentioned the fact that PPTM was trading at a preferred level.
On March 19, 2007, a formal complaint was filed with the SEC but it is not known what action has been taken. It should also be mentioned our request was for simple orderly trading and Peopleline's CEO specified "no spamming" was to occur.
There are not undisclosed material facts in regard to the company..........
Yea Really Eddie - except an effective 15c211 and an F on your symbol and some effective toothpaste.
Received another e-mail spam and forwarded it to the company. Also received at thank you from a Russ, russ@peopleline.net, for sending the 1st two. Assuming it was Russ McDermott. The current President of Peopleline Telecom, Inc.
Just saw this about Canadaian pinkies.

SEC Warns Many Pink Sheets Are Scams...
Much of this centers on penny stocks, often worthless financial paper traded on the U.S. over-the-counter market. These stocks are sold by salesmen in high-pressure boiler-room telephone or Internet solicitations.
When the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission announced "Operation Spamalot" this month, stopping trading of 35 companies at the center of spam e-mail promotions, one-third of them had connections to British Columbia, the province where Vancouver is located.
Authorities here estimate that 500 of approximately 4,000 companies traded on the U.S. over-the-counter bulletin board and another penny stock listing service called the "Pink Sheets" can be traced back to Vancouver and British Columbia. The companies variously claim to have huge car inventories, hot mining prospects, technological breakthroughs, medical miracles, valuable real estate and other exciting assets, which often are inflated in value or nonexistent.
Their promoters operate here in part to take advantage of the border, said Martin Eady, director of corporate finance for the British Columbia Securities Commission. Canadian regulators rarely get complaints from victims, because most of them are in the United States. And U.S. regulators are wary of trying to crack down on companies based in Canada.
"It becomes inherently more difficult to investigate and to prosecute when it is cross-border," Eady said. "It lengthens everything by a factor of at least 100 percent."
A cheap and illegal way to try to suck in investors who are too dump to know better. Makes me sick! If they were just stick to fundementals adn good IR, they would be fine.
I saw where they released a PR last April I think that there was un-authorized spam being sent out and they were investigating. Because of that I sent them the 2 e-mails I had received, with the routing/properties information grabbed. Funny, might be sending them back to someone inside showing that people are on their trail.
As I have never dealed with this company. Had never been to their web site for them to attach a cookie, I guess they buy e-mail addresses from some financial site site you do visit.
I got spam on this stock over the last few days as well. A sure sign of a pump and dump, investors beware....
Sorry, go on about your business. When I read the attached e-mail, I saw VOIP, and Peopleline but in error interpreted it as Peoplefone. Apparently completely different outfits but I'd look into Peoplefone if it became public. Still kinda leary of this one.

They, someone, is using the e-mail SPAM method trying to draw interest. Have received 2 e-mails from parties unknown today. You know, those "tips" that there is news brewing. Usually I just bounce them to sender but happened to have an interest as at one time there was rumor that the "Peoplefone" from Europe might be striking up a deal and bundle a subscription to their service with the GZFX subscribers. Maybe a year ago. Never came to pass. At that time Peoplefone was owned by a fat cat financier from Europe, his name was Christophe Beaud, but I don't see any mention of him in the info I have seen so far on the board.
Methinks using caution might be in order.

I actually only recently moved from vancouver, I can have my dad check out their address and see what they're upto... 3 months ago I would have checked them out myself.

Very close to where I used to work.
I don't follow this stock much because I only have a few shares, but was thinking that we would be getting news in March from an old message. I just came across the following message on another board which probably caused the selling; it was really looking strong until now, but it will probably go back up once the sellers are out. Just my opinion so do your own DD.

I did have 77K before the reverse now sitting on 77 shares
I would like to see it hit before more players are in the VOIP
WOW! I created this board yesterday and people are already posting on it. I am pleased to see this stock still has some attention. I bought a few shares of this over the past few days. I know they have been active and I am anticipating them to make a push soon. If they want to move up to the AMEX, there are certain requirements they must meet. One of these is a minimum daily volume of 5,000 shares. With a float this tight trading 5,000 shares a day, the PPS is going to go through the roof! IMHO!
