Has this Promoter oversold his 'allotment' of PPTM? We will probably never know.

(Pink Sheets:PPTM) announced today yet another expansion to the Peopleline VoIP Network to service eastern Canada, mainly the Toronto and Ottawa area. The services are to be extended to people in the cities of Toronto and Ottawa and other Ontario centres almost immediately in response to VoIP, which will cause immediate expansion of the network.
