Packaged Home Solutions Subsidiary Announces an Agreement With Marketing Firm to Install Products Exclusively for Major Home Products Retailer
Initial Rollout Expected to Generate $1.5 Million in the Next 12 Months

(PINKSHEETS: PKGH) (www.packagedhomesolutions.com) ("PHS" or "the Company") announced today that its subsidiary, Southeastern Renovations ("SER"), has agreed to terms with Bildtec, Inc., a Houston-based national retailer of residential product and installation services. The agreement outsources to SER Bildtec's installations and warranty services, which Bildtec has been providing on an exclusive basis to a major national retailer of home products in over 120 locations throughout the U.S.
SER's Installation Division, headed by Chuck Horne, a former Lowe's senior executive in charge of installed sales, is providing similar estimating and installation services for other national retailers. This new contract will allow the Installation Division to achieve further market growth in its existing markets, as well as new market openings that fit into the Company's current regional market expansion strategy.
After many weeks of negotiations, Bildtec chose to outsource all of its installations and warranty work conducted on behalf of this national retailer to SER as a result of the proven operational experience of both SER's lead management as well as the company's historical performance. PHS projects to implement the SER-Bildtec relationship in 5-8 locations initially, forecasting approximately $1.5M in gross revenue over the next 12 months from these 5-8 stores involved in the initial rollout. Expected gross profit margins should exceed 25%. After the initial rollout is completed, SER will continue to service additional locations and markets for Bildtech.

Company Anticipates Additional Major Sales in the Next 60 Days and Further Rapid Expansion in the Caribbean

(PINKSHEETS: PKGH) www.packagedhomesolutions.com ("PHS" or "the Company") today announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Al-Vent Architectural Products, Inc ("Al-Vent") has received a contract to furnish four schools on Providenciales Island (part of the Turks and Caicos Island Chain) with approximately 475 of its patented hurricane windows. This contract is for $283,000 in sales for Al-Vent at a gross margin rate of 45%.
Al-Vent's hurricane windows have been tested to withstand over a pressure rate of 94 pounds per square foot and wind speeds of 237 miles per hour. These standards exceed the strength needed to withstand wind and rain from a Category Five hurricane. For these reasons, the Al-Vent window is the only approved window for government buildings and schools in the Turks and Caicos.
It is anticipated that the windows to fulfill this contract will be manufactured in China through the manufacturing relationship established by Al-Vent in China, and will be delivered for installation within the next four to eight weeks.
Al-Vent is also expanding on North Turks Island, also part of the Turks and Caicos chain, with expected upcoming projects there involving a large public school, as well a privately developed condominium project consisting of over 200 Units. These two projects are expected to result in over $400,000 in gross sales with a gross margin rate of approximately 45%.
Al-Vent is expanding its distributorships into the Caribbean, with new distributor relationships expected in Puerto Rico, Costa Rica, and several other countries in the Caribbean by the end of the third quarter, 2007. Al-Vent is also working on increasing the resistance of its awning windows to 130 pounds per square foot of pressure, and thereby able to withstand wind speeds of 275 miles per hour, which would make it the only awning window available on the market today able to withstand this high amount of force and wind. As soon as this window has been tested, the Company will apply for testing and approval in Dade County, Florida, allowing it to sell the newly designed window in the greater Miami market.

(PINKSHEETS: PKGH) www.packagedhomesolutions.com ("PHS" or "the Company") today announced that its subsidiary, Southeastern Renovations, Inc., (SER), has signed a letter of intent to acquire Homeworx, Inc., an established and highly successful home improvement company located in Brunswick, GA., which is located between Jacksonville, Florida and Savannah, Georgia. Homeworx has been the area's dominant residential remodeling company for the past 18 years and has established an outstanding reputation in the market, with its familiar showroom located on a busy state thoroughfare with a high traffic count.
Southeastern Renovations gains a significant market share with the acquisition of this successful operation, which will allow the Company to expand its offerings both geographically and in product selection and services, to both its large retail clients, developers in the area, as well as their residential customers. Historically, Homeworx has generated an average of $500,000 per annum of gross sales, with a gross margin exceeding 40%. Homeworx has offered its homeowners Sunrooms, Siding, Windows, Screen Rooms and Entry Doors for many, many years. With this addition to SER, the Company expects to further establish their business model consisting of the consolidation of expenses and resources, while enhancing revenues through symbiotic relationships in a subsidiary network.

SER itself expects to see a 25% increase in sales due to the acquisition before the enhancements and close to 50% afterward. The restructured operations are designed to take advantage of immediate opportunities that exist in the marketplace resulting from the downturn in the housing market throughout most of the United States, while continuing to focus on the long term goals of developing a national presence by the end of 2008.
The Company has restructured its operations around the success of its 89% owned subsidiary, Southeastern Renovations Inc., in attracting installation services for major retailers of home improvement products, as well as those homeowners who are now improving their homes instead of selling them during this downturn. Furthermore, the Company is exploiting the advantage of many smaller companies leaving the home improvement industry to exploit the advantage that it has as a manufacturer of hurricane windows and doors, as well as the direct manufacturing relationship it has established in China for the production of all kitchen and bath improvements that give PHS a cost and quality advantage over competing US based manufacturers and distributors.

Furthermore, SER is finalizing its negotiations with its first major acquisition extending its service area which will add substantial revenues to its base, as well as expand its installation capabilities. SER contemplates making a minimum of 1 substantial acquisition per quarter for the next four quarters.
The Company's wholly owned subsidiary Al-Vent Architectural Products Inc. has met with substantial market acceptance of its hurricane windows and doors, which have been tested to withstand hurricane force winds in excess of 275 miles per hour. The Company bought Al-Vent as a dormant company in December 2006 after the death of its founder. When PHS acquired the company, it had not actively marketed its products for over 12 month, was not actively manufacturing products and had no direction. Since taking control in January 2007, Al-Vent has generated sales of $650K and presently has outstanding bids for $300K. Al Vent has established manufacturing facilities in China which has reduced the cost of producing the windows and doors by 20% and resulted in engineering upgrades to its products that would have been too expensive in the US to implement and remain competitive. Al-Vent retains its manufacturing plant in North Carolina which is being utilized for emergency orders which can be sold at a substantial premium and for custom individual orders, which cannot be mass produced in China.
The Company has also formed PHS Wholesale Inc., which produces cabinets, toilets, bathroom and kitchen accessories and components in China for commercial projects located throughout the US, the Caribbean, and Latin and South America. Although there has been a substantial downturn in residential construction, there has not been a downturn in commercial construction. The Company has been approached by several major developers to provide more than just hurricane windows and doors, and the Company has leveraged its existing manufacturing capabilities in China to fulfill these needs. Although margins are substantially lower in the commercial fulfillment than the Company's residential services and products area, the orders are substantially larger. The Company is presently bidding on 4 major projects totaling $15MM in gross orders, which it expects to average gross margins of 15%. Wherever possible, SER will handle the installation of these products where an additional gross margin of 10% will be generated.
The Company has also negotiated a services agreement with a private real estate trust with initial capitalization of $5,000,000 which is purchasing distressed residential housing in the market areas in which the Company has existing locations. The REIT will focus on middle market homes in or near to foreclosure that need substantial improvement. The REIT will be purchasing homes at a substantial discount to market value as lenders attempt to deal with the increasing number of foreclosures in their market areas. For example, foreclosures in Cincinnati have increased from 150 per month a year ago to over 3000 a month currently. PHS will provide the product improvements for each house as well as the installation services for each house purchased by the REIT at its cost plus 10% but will also receive 25% of the net profits generated from the housing portfolio. The REIT will purchase approximately 5 to 10 homes per month beginning in July, improve these homes and then put the houses up for rent or resale when such improvements are completed. PHS' management believes that this relationship maximizes its expertise, allows it to smooth out its revenue streams during months when there is a downturn in its normal business lines, and allows an ultimate return greater than it could receive if it just sold its products and services to the REIT. Such operations will begin in July in Cincinnati and Jacksonville, Florida and be gradually expanded to the other geographic locations where PHS has a presence.
The Company is also announcing today a recapitalization of the Company and the addition of a new senior management team. Dan Smith has resigned his position as CEO of the Company for health reasons and in order to focus on sales and marketing for Al-Vent and PHS Wholesale as a full time consultant to such companies. Mr. Smith will continue to serve on the board of directors of the Company. The Company will now be led by Todd Medina, as CEO. Mr. Medina has over 30 years of experience in the home improvement business holding senior management positions with and representing The Home Depot, Sears Home Central and Owens Corning. Mr. Medina will also continue as CEO of SER. Mr. Medina will be announcing the further management senior management team members by the end of June, when he announces financial results for the second quarter of 2007, as well as the Company's financial guidance for the remainder of the year.
The Company has reduced its direct overhead over the past sixty days as well as recapitalized the Company for its expansion by converting all senior debt to equity at $.25 per share, with a two-year lockup period on the sale of such stock into the market. Such investor group has also committed to lend up to an additional $500,000 of short-term capital for the Company. As a requirement of this investor group, Mr. Medina and Mr. Smith have agreed to a prohibition from sale of their stock in the Company for an additional two-year period ending May 31, 2009.

The Company has slightly modified its acquisition strategy to emphasize expansion through adjacent markets, first, beginning in the Midwest and Southeast Regions of the country, where they have a strong management presence. Al-Vent Anticipates Gross Revenues of $3,900,000 in 2007 and $5,800,000 in 2008

(PINKSHEETS: PKGH) www.packagedhomesolutions.com -- ("PHS" or "the Company") today announced its acquisition of Al-Vent Architectural Products, Inc., a North Carolina-based manufacturer of hurricane windows and doors. Al-Vent Architectural Products, Inc. was formed in 1992, the same year Hurricane Andrew devastated the southern portion of Florida causing in excess of $30 billion in damage and leaving tens of thousands homeless. With over 48 years of window design and manufacturing experience, the former owners worked on new, innovative designs that could withstand the forces of an intense category 5 hurricane, without the need for additional shutters. Al-Vent now has 9 patents and offers the strongest Hurricane windows in the world.
PHS completed the acquisition of Al-Vent in the middle of January, and is now operating it as a wholly owned subsidiary. PHS is now implementing plans for the introduction of new private label products, as well as investing in wholesale distributor relationships that will result in an immediate increase in gross sales revenue and net profits.
As part of the acquisition, the Company acquired over $125,000 of equipment and $300,000 of work in progress and inventory. Current orders to be filled for the hurricane windows exceeds $400,000, which result in gross margins of $200,000 and net profits of approximately $150,000. Since the production of the windows and doors are fully automated and not labor intensive, the overhead of the company is approximately $30,000 per month, which PHS intends to keep stable for the next 4 months.
Marketing is just kicking off due to transition to new ownership, yet new orders amounted to $210,000 in the last half of January, 2007.
Al-Vent presently produces two patented windows (Twin Vent and Awning Windows) and door products that have been certified to withstand a category 5 Hurricane with wind speeds of up to 237 miles per hour. Both of these hurricane window offerings exceed the new Florida building code requirements, as well as the enhanced building codes recently implemented in Louisiana and Texas, and are easily installed on existing window frames. Al-Vent also offers a patented door and geared-hinge system, which is designed to provide more strength and durability than the conventional door and hinge methodology of its competitors, without sacrificing aesthetics.

Even though PHS acquired a manufacturing company -- PHS knows that its strengths are in sales & marketing. As such, PHS has formed a working relationship with Tutamen, (HK) Inc., to oversee the manufacturing of the Hurricane Windows in the US and off shore in China. This allows each company to maximize their core competency. PHS intends to have the patented product to be manufactured at a significantly lower cost, and yet increase the overall quality. Even with the additional cost of shipping, the expected cost savings from offshore production is 40% less than current production.
The products produced by Al-Vent will also be introduced into the subsidiaries owned by the Company in Florida & South Georgia as well as the regional offices that will be opened in Atlanta and Dallas\Fort Worth in 2007.
PHS intends to manufacture at Al-Vent's facilities, as well as offshore, a complete line of patented sunrooms, which will be offered in more diverse geographic areas than the markets for hurricane windows and doors. Since 85% of a sunroom design consists of windows, screens and doors, which the Al-Vent existing equipment can manufacture, the line extension to produce sunrooms will provide an excellent line extension and will not cause a disruption in the manufacturing process. PHS estimates that its present offices in four states will be able to sell a minimum of $1,400,000 of sunrooms in 2007.

The acquisition will be completed later this week. PHS will be acquiring J & Y Wheeler, Inc., a regional company with market presence in Southern Georgia and Northeast Florida. The company has grown from a small family owned business started in 1978 to a diversified operation with retail locations in Jacksonville, FL and Hinesville, GA.
At present, Wheeler focuses on three areas of home improvement related products and services:
(1) offering a full-line of exterior products in both of its retail
locations;
(2) interior renovation; and
(3) "installed only" services for national home improvement retailers
and manufacturers throughout its current geographical coverage area.
In addition, PHS will be merging its own existing kitchen and bath division in Jacksonville with the acquired company's existing operations to produce a product and service offering in their entire regional coverage area, to include: Sunrooms, Screen Rooms, Vinyl and Hurricane Windows, Seamless Aluminum Gutters, Gutter Protection, Vinyl Siding, Design, Kitchen and Bath Remodeling, Roofing and Exterior/Interior Entry Doors.
Five key managers from Wheeler's have agreed to stay on with the company following its acquisition by PHS, bringing with them some 100+ years of industry experience, which include senior management positions with Sears, Home Depot and Owens Corning. Such continuity in personnel will allow for a deliberate and steady transition, giving the Company the ability to effectively blend all products and services throughout Wheeler's coverage area in 2007.
This acquisition further develops the Company's strategy of combining fixed expenses and resources with proven home improvement companies in certain geographical areas, while developing uniformed multiple income streams in multiple locations, thereby enhancing revenues through cross-marketing to their own end-users and those of national retailers, at a reduced cost stemming from the consolidation of fixed expenses. PHS intends to acquire substantially all of the outstanding stock of Fidelity Builders, and its wholly owned subsidiary SideFX, LLC. (SideFX™). Fidelity Builders and SideFX are based out of Indianapolis, Indiana, and service the entire central Indiana marketplace. Fidelity Builders & SideFX have served thousands of customers in the Indianapolis and surrounding areas of Central Indiana with high-quality exterior home remodel and installation products and services for nearly 10 years.

Packaged Home Solutions, Inc. Announces Expansion Plans for Al-Vent Architectural Products
Expansion to Result in Al-Vent Increasing Gross Revenues to $3,700,000 in 2007 and $5,300,000 in 2008.

CINCINNATI, OH -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 11/28/06 -- Packaged Home Solutions, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: PKGH) www.packagedhomesolutions.com -- ("PHS" or "the Company"), today announced its expansion plans for All-Vent Architectural Products, a North Carolina based manufacturer of hurricane windows and doors, that the Company has agreed to acquire as a wholly owned subsidiary. Since executing the agreement to acquire Al-Vent, the management of PHS has assumed daily operational and marketing control of Al-Vent, and is presently implementing plans for the introduction of new products, as well as implementing certain marketing plans that will result in an immediate increase of gross income and net profits. The Company will complete the acquisition by no later than December 15, 2006.
Al-Vent presently produces two patented window and door products that can withstand wind speeds of up to 237 miles per hour, or the strength of category five hurricane winds. Both of these products exceed the new Florida building code requirements, as well as the enhanced building codes recently implemented in Louisiana and Texas, and are easily installed on existing window frames. Al-Vent also offers a patented door and geared-hinge system, which is designed to provide more strength and durability than the conventional door and hinge methodology of its competitors, without sacrificing aesthetics.
As part of the acquisition, the Company is acquiring over $100,000 of equipment and $300,000 of work in progress and inventory. Current orders to be filled for the window and door products exceeds $400,000, which result in gross margins of $200,000 and net profits of approximately $160,000. Such orders should be filled within the next 30 to 60 days. The overhead of the company is approximately $20,000 per month, which PHS intends to keep stable for the next 12 months, since present staffing at the plant can produce orders totaling $3,700,000 in 2007.
Since assuming operational and marketing control of Al-Vent, PHS has signed or extended distributor agreements in the Caribbean, Hawaii and Florida, and is negotiating distributor agreements in Texas, Louisiana, Georgia, California Mississippi and Alabama. The products produced by Al-Vent will also be introduced into the retail offices owned by the Company in Florida, as well as the regional offices that will be opened in Atlanta and Dallas\Fort Worth in the early part of 2007.
PHS will also begin to manufacture at Al-Vent's facilities a complete line of patented sunrooms, which will be offered in more diverse geographic areas than the markets for hurricane windows and doors. Since 85% of a sunroom design consists of windows, screens and doors, which the Al-Vent existing equipment can manufacture, the line extension to produce sunrooms will not cause a disruption in the existing manufacturing process. PHS estimates that its present offices in four states will be able to sell a minimum of $1,600,000 of sunrooms in 2007.

This represents the first acquisition by PHS in its strategy of acquiring certain niche manufacturers of home improvement products, which can be sold in its regional and satellite offices, as well as through domestic and international distributors.
Al-Vent Architectural Products, Inc., which will become a wholly owned subsidiary of PHS, manufactures two patented window products that can withstand wind speeds of up to 237 miles per hour, or the strength of category five hurricane winds or a maximum strength tornado. Both of these products exceed the new Florida building code requirements, as well as the strengthened building codes in Louisiana and Mississippi. The window products manufactured by Al-Vent are easily installed on existing window frames. Al-Vent Architectural Products, Inc. also offers a patented door and geared-hinge system which is designed to provide more strength and durability than the conventional door and hinge methodology, without sacrificing aesthetics.

(PINKSHEETS: PKGH) www.packagedhomesolutions.com -- ("PHS" or "The Company"), today announced that its anticipates closing three additional strategic acquisitions, as well as opening regional offices in Tampa, Florida and Dallas, Texas prior to year end.
The Company has accelerated its acquisition strategy and regional expansions since becoming a public company in October, 2006. The acquisitions offer new products and services such as hurricane windows to the Gulf and Atlantic states capable of withstanding Category Five storm winds, as well as more diversified exterior products. These additional product lines will be added to the PHS distribution system in four states, thereby enhancing the products and services offered to its homeowner customer base. Furthermore, the Company will be cross-marketing its kitchen and bathroom products and services to the existing customer base of each manufacturer it is acquiring.
The Company recently appointed Todd Medina as president of PHS Southeast, Inc., which covers the market from Florida north to Virginia and west to Louisiana. Mr. Medina anticipates opening a PHS regional office in Tampa in December 2006, and expands the installation services of the PHS regional offices in Jacksonville and Miami, as well as Tampa, when opened, to include installation services for two national home improvement chains that sell only home improvement products, but do not provide installation services.
The Company will be opening an additional satellite office in Columbus, Ohio prior to the end of the year, which is the fifth office in its Midwest region. As part of this expansion, PHS is in the final stages of negotiating a joint marketing agreement in Columbus with a major restoration company that has agreed to refer all of its kitchen and bath improvement work to the Company. This will allow the Company to enter the Columbus market with a large number of referrals without substantial customer acquisition costs normally associated with starting a new satellite office. Finally, the management of PHS has selected Dallas, Texas as corporate office for its new subsidiary, PHS Southwest, Inc., which will cover the geographic region from Texas west to Arizona and north to Oklahoma. The Company has reached an agreement with a senior executive to lead this subsidiary, and anticipates opening a minimum of six satellite and regional offices in this territory in 2007.

The Company will be acquiring Suntastic, Inc., a local company known throughout the local metropolitan area for its strong commitment to homeowners, providing them with quality service at an affordable price. Suntastic, a Craft-Bilt Dealer, has been a fixture in Jacksonville for 10 years. Their success is demonstrated with over 1000 customers and by the inordinately large number of referred customers. Atypical of the industry, Suntastic has built a sound business with limited advertising, strong attention to product installation and fiscal responsibility. The acquisition of the Sunroom Dealer allows for PHS to enhance their business interests by expanding on the Suntastic name and reputation. Prior to Best Buy, Mr. Klieber was with Home Depot from 1991through 2004, which included the pioneer days before the massive Home Depot expansion. Before being promoted to a management level of operating a group of Home Depot stores, he learned the product side of the home improvement business from the ground up from heading up the Receiving Department to the Paint Department. He was promoted to the General Manager position of an operation in Cincinnati. This subsidiary has introduced an innovative "Designed to Sell" (DTS) package of services for selling homeowners to increase the value on sale and time to sell their homes.

PHS Home Services has completed a 6-month test market on a package of services targeted to assist homeowners to properly prepare their homes to sell faster and at a higher price based on the current soft market conditions. Today, PHS Home Services is unveiling its "Designed to Sell" (DTS) Inspection & Consultation Services to professional Real Estate Agents, Brokers and the For Sale by Owner (FSBO) community. The "Designed to Sell" Inspection & Consultation Service is FREE to qualifying homeowners. However, the innovative DTS package of services generates substantial fees to PHS Home Services when the homeowner implements the recommendations targeted to sell the home faster and for more money. Meetings are set with local real estate agents to explain the "Designed to
Sell" program. The real estate agents recognize the value of the Designed

Packaged Home Solutions Completes Entry Into Public Market as Part of Its Continuing Growth Strategy

Home Improvement Company Presently Operating in Four States Will Use Public Status to Complete National Expansion
CINCINNATI, OH--(MARKET WIRE)--Oct 5, 2006 -- Packaged Home Solutions, Inc. -- (Other OTC:PKGH.PK - News) -- www.packagedhomesolutions.com -- ("PHS" or "The Company") announced today the completion of its entry into the public market as it begins trading under the symbol "PKGH.PK." The multi-faceted home improvement company, with offices in Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky and Florida, elected to enter the public market in order to utilize publicly traded stock for various acquisitions that it will be announcing in the near future, as well as its desire to attract additional top tier management to support its planned national expansion.
PHS was formed in 2004 by executives with over 138 years of experience in the home improvement business, including senior positions with several of the largest retail home improvement chains in the US. The Company was established to provide consumers with reliable, attractive home improvement solutions, including kitchens, bathrooms, basement and exterior improvements that provide the best in product selection and installation services. The Company focuses on the middle market home in range of $150,000 to $500,000, specializing in improvements to increase the value of the home, and maximizing value of the home for sale in a softening real estate market.
PHS currently has seven offices located in Cincinnati and Dayton, Ohio, Indianapolis, Indiana, Louisville, Kentucky, Jacksonville (2) and Miami, Florida. The Company's intention is to open a regional office in Tampa, Florida prior to the year's end, as well opening additional satellite offices in Cincinnati and Miami. The Company will be opening regional offices in 2007 in Atlanta, Dallas, Phoenix, Denver and Southern California. These regional offices will then open satellite offices as each market matures. By the end of 2007, the Company plans to have 30 operational offices, making it one, if not the largest home improvement services company in the United States. At that time, the management of the Company will consider various options to maximize shareholders' value, including a sale to an industry participant.
The Company should achieve gross revenues in 2006 of $5 million, and due to its national expansion, expects a substantial increase in gross revenues in 2007. Average gross profit margins exceed 45% with net profit margins of 15%, before consideration of expansion and acquisition costs. The Company will release its specific guidance for 2007 prior to the end of this year.
