Use Whitepages.com, put in her name and address listed on the corporate documents with the state of Nevada, something anybody can do, and you'll see she's 84 years old. It is the reason I quoted the address as well. The names and addresses of all the officers is posted on the Nevada SOS business search, here:

This is good point. I do believe the restricted shares were issued for new acquisition but if it’s clarified by them, that would build shareholders confidence.

Also if there is joint statement by both companies as to the M&A, that would also alleviate any doubts. So far there is no reference of this acquisition in South American banks website.

PMBY has to be little more communicative and should file asap to become pink current.

O/s share increase was the killer: It's not whether acquisition news is real or not, it's the o/s share count increase news on Jul 6 made stock price started falling. Before it was 147m, now 497m (and AS increased to 1B). You can be on pennyland if your o/s is 147m even without anything but if you are touching billion shares, then you are going to be treated shit like this.

If the deal is right, the stock price will go up for sure and big time but if the news is fake, well then then they deserve to go even under a penny.

Most 5b to 7b o/s share stocks are trading around .0006 to .0009. So they are now almost 500m (and authorized 1B), ideally, they should be around 1 to 5c at most but due to the acquisition news, it is still between 15 and 20c.

I guarantee if it turns out the acqusition is fake and even if they go current, it will be about a penny or two if not a sub penny.

So the sudden significant increase of o/s share count on Jul 6 is the main cause of this sell off, people are not dumb, they understand the math.

Now prove that the acquisition is real, go current and go up or go fu ....k yourself, lol.

No matter how you feel about them that is what is needed before the otc will review their filings and make them current and rather it is valid or not it gives them some validity in the eyes of the public if the otc makes them current. IF! That is my point.

Attorney letters are worthless on the OTC. All they do is read the information, talk to somebody on the phone, and essentially say "I think they filled it out right based on talking to them and reading it."

$700M net asset banks, sorry, "banques," don't pop up and into dead OTC shells with not a single word about how they got there, how they got the $700M, the details on the alleged acquisition of a Bolivian banque, sorry, "bank," and where the 425M shares they've diluted since the end of March went.

Nobody believes the story, and everybody sees they've increased the O/S 7 fold, and that's very likely why nobody is diving in.

If people believed this news and filings this would already be $3-$5 easy. But just because you release filings or news does not make it true. If attorney letter hits and it makes it thru otc and becomes current then that will give it some validity. It could just the same get suspended. One note. After months of trying I just got a response back from the company by way of email. It was a good response but it still just does not feel right. I still only get answering machine when I call. Guess we will see.

I figured out the reason for this mini sell off on a huge acquisition news. The management is partly responsible for this.
