Attorney letters are worthless on the OTC. All they do is read the information, talk to somebody on the phone, and essentially say "I think they filled it out right based on talking to them and reading it."

$700M net asset banks, sorry, "banques," don't pop up and into dead OTC shells with not a single word about how they got there, how they got the $700M, the details on the alleged acquisition of a Bolivian banque, sorry, "bank," and where the 425M shares they've diluted since the end of March went.

Nobody believes the story, and everybody sees they've increased the O/S 7 fold, and that's very likely why nobody is diving in.

I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
