The hope is Somatrogon approval in the US with Pfizer. Scarlet Health through BioReference seems to be gaining ground. Rayaldee and 4K score are probably mostly on life support. The next long shot is the ModeX purchase.

To be honest the insider buys mean nothing here anymore. Dr Frost has been buying from the beginning and nothing has ever come from it. My advice is to buy a small number of shares if you want to be here. You will always have a chance to buy lower. The latest acquisition is just another dart thrown at the wall hoping to be the next greatest thing. There is no big secret going on here. Just because Dr Frost made his billions doing this doesn’t mean he has an inside track on the next big thing. The only person worth their pay in this organization is Dr Cohen. The rest are all part of a circus act. Just my opinion of course.

As usual Dr Cohen saved their arses in the fireside chat. The ModeX presentation didn’t impress me. Rubin was his normal self, terrible.

Well stated. This is for sure a major manipulation. It was a plan from the start and many people were fooled because of the backing of Dr Frost. Myself included. I still don’t understand his end game unless it is simply paying back favors.

Whatever algorithmic program has had control of this stock for the last 5 years has been very effective. Basically it has isolated “long” shareholders (those that are left), allowed shorts to cover whatever and whenever they want, and given Dr. Frost free reign to buy whatever and whenever he wants for pennies on the dollar.

Complete failure on managements part depending on their objective. A dream stock for two of the three investment groups involved imo.

I have to agree with you.. there have been a lot of promises that were just never followed through on. Even with 4K and Rayaldee.. supposed to be a big deal. I wouldn’t be surprised if Rayaldee just goes away.. it has done very little

Game7alcs, I get the feeling that this is just a big game for Dr Frost. He doesnt care about investors or shareholders. He just sits casually by buying up small chunks of stock with his spare change …..when he gets bored. What happened to “increasing profits in the coming quarters” (paraphrased) reply in the CC about 4 years back when Dr. Jane Haiso flopped on her presentation?

The lawsuit that was settled sometime ago with the SEC where Dr Frost was listed was but a slap on the hand financially. Most likely carelessness by rookies around him.

Opko is a different animal over the last decade but surprisingly enough most if not all the indicted players are present. Someone some time back put up a diagram showing all players and how they are connected in the tangled web woven. Purely legal and well designed “business” plan.

Looking at the new 10-K should make any investors blood boil. The amount of money they pay these clowns with the exception of Dr Cohen is beyond ridiculous. Everybody gets a trophy.

OPK has so much potential to be $12 to $15. $$$ stock. But management sucks. Did made good money here before .but is unbelievable. Cramer said it long time ago and he was right. And i listen to him got out on time
But now is under $3 a share . I be a buyer today I hope can start my position at $2.7s or so but i take $2.8s too . could be a good flip once again.
So much potential gone wasted here.

We always seem I be on the same page as far as OPKO.. if it had the right management it could have been successful. BRL will survive and be sold in my opinion. Only thanks to Dr Cohen

The point is that Opko has been in a “breakout” mode to release good trial/product news for about 16 quarters. Add in earnings that are still losing money even through a pandemic where your revenue exploded…!

Yes I am not holding out hope for Frost and company, somethings rotten in Denmark and its not only Investor 2014! Lol

This sector rotation would be playing right into Frost’s hands if he is trying to get to 51%. Either way the company puts out great products and shareholders are screwed.

Yes unfortunately biotech in general is seeing an outgoing tidal wave of support. I didnt check opk but in Avxl I noticed that in May June we went to $30 and the rest of the sector exploded as well.

Im guessing we see a inbound raising tide about the time we see our Alzheimer’s ph 3 topline data. If opko has some good news to release soon they might see a rush too but I agree, put a for in it already. Opko is one of the biggest running jokes imo.

dr your talking to a couple of longtimers here. Frost and his checkered past is all too well known unfortunately. He has a different agenda than his past business ventures and being transparent while building shareholder value is not one of them.

I agree about his purchases being pocket change. Interesting video. I thought OPKO was his encore. I have recently had a change in thinking. I am just waiting for an exit. I believe in Dr Cohen but the rest of them belong in the land of misfit toys. A lot of wasted time and money here.

As successful as was with Teva and others, he has not been an automatic money maker to be followed blindly like a pied piper. Piggybacking on his regular insider buying of Opco stock has been a wealth destructing activity.
All you need to remember is that he is a multi-billionaire and that his dollar purchases are just a drop in the bucket in the overall scheme of things...

Many companies were a giant waste of time these last few years. Largely due in part to the giant sucking sound of Amazon, aaple, tesla and the like asphyxiating the rest of the market. And the big three BP’s taking in multiple billions of dollars….I think they literally have my grandkids future savings account numbers. It has all been an over exuberant market built on lies, lies, and more damn lies! When does the musical chairs end?

I still like Mux when gold and silver explode and Im sticking with Avxl for my wildcat baby bio. Im hoping it becomes “insulated” from the market with in 6 months.
