The lawsuit that was settled sometime ago with the SEC where Dr Frost was listed was but a slap on the hand financially. Most likely carelessness by rookies around him.

Opko is a different animal over the last decade but surprisingly enough most if not all the indicted players are present. Someone some time back put up a diagram showing all players and how they are connected in the tangled web woven. Purely legal and well designed “business” plan.
