Whatever algorithmic program has had control of this stock for the last 5 years has been very effective. Basically it has isolated “long” shareholders (those that are left), allowed shorts to cover whatever and whenever they want, and given Dr. Frost free reign to buy whatever and whenever he wants for pennies on the dollar.

Complete failure on managements part depending on their objective. A dream stock for two of the three investment groups involved imo.
