oleg and Andrey are affectively out of the country simultaneously. Why and what for who knows? Did they dip? we shall see.
defendants appear to be making plaintiffs work extra hard to provide any and all the materials and only after the fact produce something. To this date 163 dockets later production has still yet to accur from defendants oleg/Andrey.
Court appears to be disapproving of the butt dragging from defendants and ordered production within 5 days of today's motions.

been revived.” Motion, ¶ 14. No detail has been provided and this matter is outside of Georgia
Notes’ current pleading, meaning it cannot be a valid basis for dismissal See Lonestar
Alternative Solution, 10 So. 3d at 1172. Further, whether Delaware law is applicable under the
applicable choice of law principles is not an appropriate determination at this juncture.

liable for intentional misrepresentation, because one who “personally participates” in an
intentional tort such as fraud is personally liable, even though he may have been acting in the
scope of his employment.

cause malecon pharmacy was sold just like the CEO stated he was going to do. the court case is about the remaining lease balance and it appears malecon plaza is not going to get a dime from Andrey as the dispute is with the new owner.

Meaning that's 1/3 of the cases thrown out.
next up Georgia notes witch is more interesting.
The mckisson case has not proceeded with an update in some time meaning that case is basically over.
