Do you guys know how many people ocwen employs in India? It seems they have an infinite number of different call centers with people who will say and do whatever. You can never ever get the same person on the phone twice. So when they start negotiating and making offers, you have to take it or leave it, or else you end up having to start all over again with totally different Indian people who don't know anything about your case. They assign individuals and then change them immediately afterward. It's a horror show once you ever hear the word "ocwen". I remember sitting and listening in on speaker, and not being able to believe that this is how home ownership is handled in America. This company is your enemy no matter who you are.

Oh correction. Wells Fargo came in later, and then Ocwen ran things mostly after that. It was H&R Block who initiated the shady refi. Here is the guy who gave them the loan in 2006 for which they clearly did not qualify...he of course moved right on to another bank before the ink was dry...

Those relatives I mentioned have since passed on, but you know it all started with a $470,000 refi given to a senior citizen who only had 11grand in reportable income over 2 years. Didn't matter. It was approved no problem because they just wanted to steal the house. I believe it was Wells fargo who gave them an inflated appraisal of $750k to get the bogus refi through, even though the house was maybe worth $275k and needed repairs. It was in one of the best chicago suburbs with very high property taxes. Even after 3 sales and a full rehab, it recently sold in the mid 500's, 15years later and after record inflation.
They federally sued everyone, including ocwen, and the judge ruled that yes there was forgery, fraud, and racketeering, but it didn't matter because the homeowners took too long to file their complaint. Apparently, there is some kind of a 4 year statute of limitations. So if a lender, their note resellers, and their goons commit provable fraud and more, they only have to hide it for 4 years. Then it's "ok". This company is a tool of the power structure and its only purpose is to destroy. Shut it down.

An arbitrator has ruled that PHH Mortgage Services and parent company Ocwen Financial Corp. must pay $2 million to a plaintiff in a consumer fraud case.
I am going to fuck this company up. Run while you can.
I had some relatives who lost their primary residence of 40+ years during the 2008 crash. They actually lasted almost a decade after that, but ultimately lost the house. Ocwen was there every step of the way. Constantly harassing and showing up unannounced to ask people for ID, or even to interrogate neighbors just to add embarrassment. They would show up in chicago suburbs with dust covered SUVs that had been stored underneath Wacker Drive downtown. They would have fake paper license plates from Texas. I can even post pictures of those as I almost ended up beating the shit out of one of them. They are the biggest shithole scam company in America and if you invest in them, you want failure and doom all around you.
Imprison everyone who has ever worked for this company. They only hire criminal sociopathic thieves.
This company is one of the biggest pieces of shit in U.S. history.
Taxpayer funded house thieves.
These people are enemies of anyone with a pulse.
Investing in them is like beating your kid.
