Oh correction. Wells Fargo came in later, and then Ocwen ran things mostly after that. It was H&R Block who initiated the shady refi. Here is the guy who gave them the loan in 2006 for which they clearly did not qualify...he of course moved right on to another bank before the ink was dry...
