I personally think this will turn out to be just a bump in the road to our success, nothing more. Congress will act, and our markets aren't in the US at the moment in any case. Investors will see that once we have news of the completion of our IRB safety study and hopefully licensing of our CanaPsor to an entity in Germany and elsewhere they will invest. America will come around and we will be there when it does.

Investors and traders almost always shoot first and ask questions later. They threw the baby out with the bathwater. Cooler and more intelligent heads will prevail when they realize OWCP wasn't planning on entering the US market first. Their focus is on Germany, the EU, and Canada (and other countries where MMJ is legal) first.

There is no way for states to ignore the HUGE windfall of legalized pot. They can tax it as much as they want and they know people will still buy it. Money speaks louder than 'morality'. Plus people's perception of MMJ is rapidly changing as uses for MMJ become known and used. Sessions is a relic and I for one will be glad when all of his ilk are dead.

I agree with all you say but I do believe Trump was behind this move by Sessions. Trump hates California and anything he can do to hurt it financially he will do. It's no coincidence that Sessions totalitarian statements occurred one day after CA legalized recreational MJ. Just my opinion of course. I don't think Sessions proclamation will change anything regarding either MJ or MMJ because I don't think the state's attorney's will spend the money necessary to pursue state legal businesses and users. If they do there will be a huge backlash and a lot of outrage, more than we're seeing now. Congress needs to act and cut off Sessions psychotic ranting before he has a chance to act. This guy is a brain dead totalitarian and regressive nutcase. He should be fired but I don't think Trump will do that.

"Jordan Wants Sessions To Quit" was the giant, above the fold, front page headline that greeted me when I got my morning paper.

House Republicans are calling for Sessions to resign as they feel he has lost control of just about everything he is linked to.

This was great news to see after yesterday's pompous attempt to re-garner some goodwill by going after what Sessions feels is a "Mom & Apple Pie" topic, attacking those horrible marijuana people. Anytime the hot seat gets too hot, ol' Jeff returns to topics he thinks will boost his image. Not gonna save him this time, and they have said anything he tries to do against state's rights will go down in flames.

While a politician's promises are usually not to be held in highest regard, remember that Trump campaigned as pro-MJ and pro-state's rights, saying that the federal government has better ways to spend its time and that he saw the MJ industry as one the US could make money on to bring ag-dollars back to the US. If money is involved, we will win out!!

A very large grow facility has been built about 40 minutes from where I live here in Ohio. The paper has articles every so often of how neighbors complain that the grow lights can be seen for tens of miles. The number of jobs and amount of money MJ and MMJ will create, it will go our way. Too much infrastructure is already being put in place and we would be foolish to pass up the money.

Congress needs to act immediately to protect MJ and MMJ in states where the people have made it legal. They also need to reschedule MJ on the federal level to minimum Schedule III allowing research to be conducted.

OWCP plan to sell our cream and tablets has been Germany first, then the rest of Europe in countries that have passed mmj. The second was to sell in Canada, where again, it is legalized. There has been talk there is a big market in Asia they are going after also after Europe.

As far as the US goes, there policy has been California first, or other highly populated legal mmj states. But after Europe and Canada.

We are also based in Isreal where the actions of the US means nothing to us other then our piece of the pie maybe isn't as big as it could've been.


Honestly, yesterday's trading for many mmj stocks, proves how uniformed investors are yet about what there buying.

It wouldn't even hurt for companies such as OWCP to come out and make a statement why the actions of Sessions does not change the overall business plan to calm investors, and put that statement right on there website for all to see until our US government legalizes it.

I totally do agree with you about the suspicious trading activity and have emailed the transfer agent and suggest everyone else does too. They know who is buying and selling. One thing I have mentioned many times is OWCP is suing Wall st right now in New York State and I have always wondered if that's why our stock is being so obviously manipulated. We have to understand that 30+ million shares were illegaly dumped and keeping share price down means smaller restitution payment if that's the way the suit is awarded. Sorry, yes I'm frustrated! I actually posted Sessions could be "good" for our cause BACK WHEN HE GOT THE JOB!

Reverse physiology I guess? But nobody sees my point so I agree with you regarding the nonsense of blaming Sessions. I think HE is our best chance for getting laws changed, not petitions, etc.

Please think about this hypothetical:

Sessions announces TOMORROW he will ask congress for millions of dollars to prosecute MJ violators.

Does congress say, "OK, how much do you need", or, "wtf we need to change these laws before we get voted out".

Now what happens if Sessions get fired? I say "absolutely nothing", let's just pretend the law doesn't exist, look the other way, not collect taxes, & keep the entire industry in limbo. Kind of like ignoring a "tooth ache".
