There is no way for states to ignore the HUGE windfall of legalized pot. They can tax it as much as they want and they know people will still buy it. Money speaks louder than 'morality'. Plus people's perception of MMJ is rapidly changing as uses for MMJ become known and used. Sessions is a relic and I for one will be glad when all of his ilk are dead.
