Investors and traders almost always shoot first and ask questions later. They threw the baby out with the bathwater. Cooler and more intelligent heads will prevail when they realize OWCP wasn't planning on entering the US market first. Their focus is on Germany, the EU, and Canada (and other countries where MMJ is legal) first.
