Spot on. Love the way you think!!!
That is exactly what I wanting to get done. I was just up there, but I am planning on getting back up there in the last part of August. Heck you have two things going for you, one your a long and you know mining. Lol
I know that place, visited many years ago. Uncle had a few claims there and over in "Si Watch" and near Gunny operating placer claims. Working for Homestake and Amax and others under and above ground on the Western slope was rich experience in many ways. Greenies ruined Colorado. https://westernmininghistory.com/towns/colorado/ohio-city/
Not far from there a recent discovery has been made. There is another mill that has operated off and on that no info is published that I can find. I know it well. I worked there for a little while then they shut again. So much history is lost and much was never told as loose lips often spell disaster... kind of like the short stumpers here trying to keep from loosing what they thought was a sure bankruptcy. Too damn bad.
LOL, must be in their jeans...opps genes. Wonder what pronoun would be appropriate? LMAO
Crank up that mill!!
We have the same History where I am look up Central City/Black Hawk, Colorado and we also have an active Hard Rock Mine/Mill going in Black Hawk.
This is ours:

Thanks. I know it sounds like I work for the local tourism board, lol. It’s just this area is loaded with incredible history, and hopefully NBRI will help it move in the future.
Rodeoup can you see if you can get a tour as a shareholder? Maybe and take some pictures to share with us Longs that live far away?
I like your thoughts and totally agree
in 2 - 3 months NBRI will rise in my humble opinion
Thank God we all have the right to voice our opinion. Now for me when the bashing comes from a lot of outdated info about a company that is obviously in a major rebuild is just game playing. Where I am coming from, which by no means says I am right….is 48 years of stock investing, mining knowledge, knowledge of the county where the mill is, and believing the new CEO and his many press releases. Again just my opinion, but I really believe Jared is on the right track. This is not an overnight deal, but I believe in the next 2 to 4 reporting quarters we should see some major movement. Again just a guy and his thoughts.
I do not believe shares the company reissues after buying them back...Treasury stock...have any holding restrictions to new shareholders. Shareholders would just buy existing shares in the open market and avoid the liquidity issue.
Very well said. You are so right about the mill being the heart of any real hard rock operation. Once you see one in operation you will never forget it. Knowing Inyo county like I do it’s very hard for me to envision this mill ever being idle once it’s up and fully operational. All in my little ol' opinion
Everyone should always do their own DD, heavens yes. I have been here for about 4 years. Until the new CEO came on board NBRI was in a major holding pattern. In my opinion what Jared has done in a few months has showed great progress toward a well run and profitable company. Don’t take my word or any posters word on a message board as gold. My suggestion is to read all their recent press releases, call or write the company, or heck take a trip and check out Bishop in Inyo county where their game changing mill is. Again only my opinion!!!!
After reading through recent posts, I encourage everyone to do their own research before making any decision. I have many facts here so please read in its entirety.

The acquisitions of the Bishop Mill and the Copper Mine, are related to shares. IN MY OPINION, both of them have opportunity for revenue. So is this dilution? I would say no cause it adds value. Do you know how important the Bishop Mill is and how valuable it is to the company. Go out and meet a hard rock miner, a mill is the most important part of the process.
OH YEA, did you know that shares issues directly from the Company’s Treasury have a 12-month hold period. So the new shareholder has to wait and then has to get an attorney letter on how they got the shares and then has to get them cleared. It’s a long process and cost money to get the shares cleared…. Long and short of it, this IN MY OPINION this does not affect us shareholders today. It’s normal corporate activity. Shares issued like this are not cashable today!
FOR THE NON-PERMIT COMMENT REGARDING MINING:
Also, a mining property does not have to be permitted for production to move ore off the property. The permitting rules and requirements vary depending on exactly how the ore is removed. For i.e., mechanical machinery vs manual, under ground vs land disturbance, fee simple property vs mining (mineral) rights property, etc. The only way to know is to research with the overseeing governmental agency for the particular land parcel. And the only way to know if a project is permitted and/or bonded is to be a well versed miner who know how to research that. IN MY OPINION: is any one in here a long time successful miner? If not, how can you speak on this point.
MONTHLY OBLIGATION STATEMENT: Where is it written that the obligation is to be paid for in shares. Do you know if the new management doesn't already have that figured out? Do you know if the monthly obligation isn't just going to be accrued until revenue is able to pay it down? IN MY OPINION, you don't know, If you do, please enlighten us.
All in All, do your research and don't listen to personal opinions.
Please help me and name one company without monthly obligations. I will wait. Might need to bust out the old sleeping pills. LOL
Monthly 18k obligations....0002 × 90,000,00 shares. Ouch. Just the facts man.. Bust out the bags...
Lol. I like your style, Rodeoup.
Just flat out love to be called a pumper by bashers with big axes to grind. Obviously those axes will get smaller when the next 2 to 4 quarters come in, but the bashers will continue to do their thing no matter how great things are going here. Heck it must be a DNA thing.
We both know what they have accomplished in just a few short months and the rest will very shortly, it really is off the charts. Pretty much what most otc mining companies dream of. Again one of the main reasons I am still here is the mill and the incredible county they are in. Ok, now if is was 1848 I might rather be a few hundred miles north in Sutters mill. LOL
Dumpity dump da dump dump.. Bigger bags for da pump chumps.
From last week. Naysayers should read and comprehend. https://ih.advfn.com/stock-market/USOTC/north-bay-resources-pk-NBRI/stock-news/93942759/north-bay-resources-reports-assays-up-to-25-mg
NBRI will have a great year. And the price of gold should continue higher...incredible but true!!
Once the first bar of Gold becomes Public this will go ballistic and the word will travel around the Globe.
There are permits for different processes. They are current on what is needed and our CEO has developed mining companies. As well the certified geologist know what is needed and where and when, We got a mill that is about to crank up with all permits so hang on bud for the green light that will shine golden.
Sorry, you are barking up the wrong tree grasping for thin air and looking for tree frogs that won't be harmed.
what about recent history like a mill purchase and assay reports and acquisition and partnerships? These are facts not pumps. Do you understand the difference?
Plus the fact that history shows that the old CEO always kept current.
Obviously reading all the positive and current prs on their rebuild is to much, and a road trip to their new gold mill is to much, then I think it’s best to keep the old tried and true blinders on. LOL!!!
Couldn’t give a flying flip what the current share count or current price is. Not here for a few tick flips. Check back in 2 to 4 quarters when the rebuild is really kicking butt, but I think you know that.
Claims with no permits, no revenues and massive debts. Close your eyes and what do your see here? Nothing..
18k monthly debt obligations now. Best buy it up...lol
20 BILLION A/S?!!!
Yikes.
That's nasty.
One cannot change the past, but one can build the future. NBRI
Try providing the name of a single company on the pinks or the whole OTC that has done a fraction of the positive things NBRI has done in such an incredible short period of time. I’ll wait, aww maybe not don’t have all year, so I’ll help you with the truth and that is None, Nada, Zero. Oh ya, all in my little ol' humble opinion.
I'll stick with the financial facts and history of nefarious dillutions. You can stick with your boiler room crew of pumpers.. Time will clearly show the ongoing Sheisters history here.
He doesn't read yet.
You must mean the final purchase when Jared took over. Shows a solid commitment to a solid future.
You are greenie so what not to like here? You have your gold and your soylent green all in one.
Looks bodacious to those who know stocks and invest in facts and not pumping short drizzle.
Ride me cowboy/cowgirl/chooseyourpronoun.
Looks like classic gold mill runs. Have you closed out the short position yet?
smelling your upper lip troll?
Doesn't matter where, this will never benefit shareholders. Look at the history. Not ever has this benefited anybody but the share sellers. That's all their good at and the boilers know it.
Pump away...it's still trash.
Obviously you haven’t taken that little old road trip. Guess it’s easier to keep the old tired blinders on. NBRI sure looking good in the neighborhood…YEEHAWWW
“Wassup” awww go back about 3 months and read the many press releases from the new CEO Jared. I’ll be shocked if your not blow away with the lighting speed of the rebuild here. Heck if all the positive news isn’t enough, try a little road trip to Bishop in Inyo county to see their history making gold mill that they now own. Oh ya they are now current no yield sign. Have fun.
You forgot to add the shares dillutive share buybacks and special dividend rewards for long term holders...lol. How about throwing in their own special nft coin too...YEEHAW!
Old news. The current news is Jared is reconstructing NBRI from what looks like the ground floor up. Again 2 to 4 quarters will put all your old baggage to bed. Once their Mill starts eating pay from their sites and others they won’t need anything or anybody.
Looks like the classic boiler room pumpers, trying to sell pig droppings. Bust out the bigger bags boys...lol.
Wassup with this turd?
Smells nasty.
Great to have all your experience here. Thanks, I will buying more. Oh, this ticker has made me some nice cash. Go look at my posts. And guess what, it will make all longs some great returns. The stock is operating now on a whole new set of criteria with the new mill and other mining property. Gold and Green both. Best of both worlds. Good work Jared.
Short? Lmao..what's to short here? Dead is dead. Factor in the dilution and reverse splitsville, theft only benefits the mill owner. Nobody here is going to get anything but a bend over...
I've called this descending channel from the 8s.. Go back and look at my posts.
You barely skimmed the surface. Good luck you need it. Better pull up that short while you can.
Without shareholders buying the pumps there wouldn't be any $$. In the end the shareholders will get stuck holding the debt bag.
When you do a major reconstruction of a company like Jared is doing it does cost money these days, heck check the price of candy bars. Must say he sure is getting a lot of bang for his buck. NBRI
2 billion plus shares added so far. Keep the hefty hefty bags ready...
Wow. NBRI is now current no more yield sign. Oh so sad how all the old management baggage is slipping away, opps. Jared sure is on top of this major reconstruction with lighting speed and not missing a step. Again major Wow!!!
