Grdina and Mersky are both from Arizona and probably knew each other I assume that Davis knew Mersky.

I tried a few weeks back as well with no response. Just a far fetched thought. Could they be dealing with any legal matters concerning the ticker with the snnc transaction and how many shares were diluted before the deal was done. And or something with the warrants promised to drnk holders for snnc and we’re just waiting on things to get through the system? Maybe smog armor was duped by mersky the same way we all were and they are bailing or fighting back but we just don’t know?

Call me crazy 🤣 but I'm still bullish on the Smog Armor brand . Smog Armor is a well established and successful business/brand. I get the feeling We haven't heard the half of it yet. I read somewhere a while back and wish I would have saved the link but it mentioned Tim was offered millions of dollars by a large corporation for Smog Armor brand a few years ago, while he was still CEO, (before Rashad took charge) but Tim didn't take the offer for some reason...🤔

Got screwed big time with the previous owner when he forced the shareholders into this pet project paint company. I bought shares in a company selling a hangover recovery drink which I thought had potential. Not some paint company that has very little chance as is but with a ceo like this mute sadly I think the chances are very close to zero. Hoping for a pump to get out if I ever get back to green.
