I see that you post about shorting but use OTCshortreport to prove there is shorting of DRNK. I have some bad news the OTCshortreport is short volume which is meaningless - what you are looking for is short interest.

OTCshortreport is not a valid source for anything. They are a paid promotions website run by an ex-broker who was thrown out of the business. 

That data is not short interest. It is purportedly short volume, although I question if that is even true since many times those figures don't match FINRA's. 

Short volume and short interest are NOT the same thing. Short Interest is shares that are actually short. The only factual source of that data is FINRA, the actual legal regulator r of the OTC Market.

$DRNK...Selling short can be costly if the seller guesses wrong about the price movement. A trader who has bought stock can only lose 100% of their outlay if the stock moves to zero.

However, a trader who has shorted stock can lose much more than 100% of their original investment.
