Sean Folkson - May 11th - Product Update

Sean was responding to an investor question on the company SM page as to why the company "ran out" of Prime Time Chocolate Chip.

Well turns out it that Nightfood was "running product during April" in an attempt to keep up with a significant increase in demand - but ultimately could not meet orders of this flavor "due to a lack of packaging".

Sean provided some assurance by stating that they "don't expect to run out again".

So what can we conclude?

1. The company likely sent out a HUGE amount of marketing inventory to Tik Tok influencers - NOT REVENUE.

2. At least one of the Tik Tok influencers posts went somewhat viral driving larger than expected sales of Prime Time Chocolate Chip.

3. Sean has ordered enough packaging to account for not only additional Tiki Tok videos going viral and driving sales - but also enough whereby the ordering lead time is no longer of concern.

I have to believe that the elevation in sales via the Tik Tok Shop was MUCH MORE than anticipated or planned for at this time.
