Also not only do they hold huge amount if high quality graphite. They have a massive vanadium deposit. They have chosen the smart route with graphite as the industry and price of graphite will grow way faster then vanadium. However Vanadium also has use in batteries and of course pharmaceuticals and in making high grader steal. So once the graphite pays itself off and we producing massive cash flow then the vanadium mine comes which is more cash. Not to mention the small quantities of nickel they have which can be extracted and separated with the graphite. So once they produce even more cash they may acquire other properties so the PPS goes up and up and up. So selling at $2 is chump change here. Like I said $15+ stock in less then 3 years. Just wait till the real volume comes rolling in. The company has been slightly behind on mine but it is getting there and we will be producing first thing into the new year which is massive. NSRCF$$
Man you really need to stick to charts. They are buying at a discounted PPS not selling. The cash raised will raise the float as those shares where already set aside. The cash raised will go on the financials and fund the company up to phase 2. Not sure why you even mention China? You are aware NSRCF has some of the highest quality graphite in the world. Not all graphite is the same. NSRCF Graphite can be applied to any industry and if Graphene ever becomes mainstream NSRCF will be one of the only suppliers with the high grade graphite the hold. The price of Graphite will skyrocket much like Lithium has skyrocketed as world supply will dwindle and demand will increase as graphite is the most abundant material in batteries. We are already in the Tesla supply chain and other battery producers supply chain. This will be an easy$15 stock that pays dividends. So why would anyone sell with a tiny 100% gain it is plain silly. Now I know for someone flipping stocks 100% seems a lot. But it is small potatoes here. NSRCF$$
Faulty reasoning but whatever - Why did they exercise their warrants a year before they had to ?
Plus I guess you failed to read this too
https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=170308912
Company is debt free and billions of dollars in high demand resource/s in the ground. We just moving closer to dividends. They exercised there warrants meaning they want more not less. This is a no brainer. But may want to play your chart.
NSRCF$$
LOL keep up the good work!! NSRCF$$
Cash infusion - Yeah okay - Guess I never LOOKED at it from THAT perspective.
My thinking was - "Oh-oh now they're holding commons which they could sell off at any time - Probably for a tidy profit".
Which was possibly a wholly innapropriate conclusion....?
'Cuz, it's GOOD that they'll SOON be able to comply with the offtake ?
And that they've got YEARS of production ahead of them.....
Years of capturing Chinas' would be sales.
Making them hopefully a sound buy and hold
Question is should be adding on the dips.

NEWS RELEASE – TORONTO, October 25, 2022
NextSource Materials Inc. (TSX:NEXT) (OTCQB:NSRCF) (“NextSource” or the “Company”) is pleased to provide an update on the development of its Molo Graphite Mine (“Molo mine”) in Madagascar, management appointments and progress on its proposed Battery Anode Facility (“BAF”) deployment plans.
The Company also announces the early exercise by Vision Blue Resources Limited (“Vision Blue”) of 23,214,286 warrants acquired in May 2021 (see the Company’s press release on May 19, 2021) for aggregate proceeds to the Company of approximately US$16.9 million.
Molo Mine Construction Update
The transport of all processing plant modules and supporting equipment to the Molo mine site has been completed. Re-assembly of the Processing Plant is in progress and will be followed by Site Acceptance Testing, which is the final step before commissioning.
Completion of construction activities and the start of mining activities is expected in November. Completion of plant commissioning is expected in December followed by a ramp up period prior to declaring commercial production. Phase 1 of the Molo Mine is designed to operate at a production capacity of 17,000 tonnes per annum.
Phase 1 is modular and can be incrementally expanded to provide additional feedstock for the Company’s downstream initiatives.
Strengthening Management and Operations Team for Next Stage of Growth
The Company is pleased to announce an expansion of its senior management and mine operations teams with the addition of Danniel Stokes as Vice President, Special Projects, and Wilhelm Reitz as Mine Manager of the Molo Graphite Mine.
Mr. Stokes has more than 18 years of project management experience across a diverse portfolio of mining projects around the world. Mr. Stokes will be based in the UK and will be responsible for project management of the Molo Mine Phase 2 Expansion Feasibility Study and the BAF project.
Prior to joining NextSource Materials, Mr. Stokes held senior management positions at the Nimba Iron Ore Project, ArcelorMittal Mining’s PMO, and on international mining projects that include the Guinea Alumina Project, Ivanhoe’s Oyu Tolgoi Copper/Gold Project in Mongolia, and the Resolution Copper Project in Arizona. Mr. Stokes holds degrees in business and engineering.
Mr. Reitz has 28 years of mine management experience in Africa and across a diverse range of critical minerals, metals and commodities, with specific graphite expertise, having served as the mine manager and technical advisor to two graphite operations in Madagascar.
President and CEO, Craig Scherba, commented,
"With the commissioning of the Molo mine anticipated to be just weeks away, we are executing on our strategy to become an integrated producer of graphite anode materials to supply the global automotive industry with a material that is critical to its electrification plans. The construction of the Molo mine is progressing well, and we expect to provide details on the location and economics of our first downstream battery anode facility by December.
I am delighted to welcome Danniel Stokes and Wilhelm Reitz to the NextSource team and, together with the additional investment by Vision Blue Resources, we are well positioned as we advance to our next stage of growth.”
Battery Anode Facility (BAF)
With the completion of Phase 1 of the Molo Graphite Mine in Madagascar, the Company is finalizing its plans to build several BAFs in sequence that will convert flake graphite into coated, spheronized and purified graphite (“CSPG”). The Company plans to construct BAFs with modular production capacities that can expand in lockstep with automotive demand, with each facility to be strategically positioned to serve key markets in Asia, North America, and Europe.
For the past several months, the Company has undertaken a comprehensive process to shortlist optimal locations for its first BAF, and through this process has selected a location. An economic/costing study (“the Study”) on the capital and operating costs in respect of the first BAF is expected to be completed in November 2022 and the Company will share details of the location and the Study results shortly thereafter. It is anticipated that the BAF will take approximately 12 months to complete once a construction decision has been made by the Company.
CSPG is the final form of graphite that is used as anode material, which is assembled along with cathode material and other components into finished lithium-ion batteries, used by automobile manufacturers for electric vehicles. The Company has an exclusive technical partnership agreement to produce CSPG using proprietary and well-established processing technology that currently supplies major EV automotive companies, including the Tesla and Toyota supply chains.
Exercise of Warrants by Vision Blue Resources for Proceeds of US$16.9M
The Company is pleased to announce the early exercise by Vision Blue of 23,214,286 common share purchase warrants (“Warrants”) at a price of C$1.00 per common share that were set to expire on May 19, 2023 for aggregate gross proceeds to the Company of C$23,214,286 (approximately US$16.9M). The subscription notice was received by the Company on October 25, 2022 and the estimated US Dollar equivalent is based on the posted exchange rate as of October 24, 2022. The exercise of the Warrants is expected to be completed on or around October 31, 2022.
Prior to the exercise of the Warrants, Vision Blue has beneficial ownership of, or control and direction over 35,214,286 common shares, 23,214,286 Warrants, 15,000 restricted share units (each, an “RSU”), entitling the holder to acquire one common share for no additional consideration and expiring on June 30, 2024, and 150,000 stock options (each, an “Option”), entitling the holder to purchase one common share at a price of C$3.60 per share and expiring on March 19, 2024, representing approximately 34.57% of the outstanding common shares on a non-diluted basis and approximately 46.78% on a partially diluted basis. Correct me if I'm wrong but this looks like bad news....
Is Vision gonna be cashing out ?
https://ceo.ca/content/sedar/NEXT-20221026-Early-warning-report-8730.pdf
Just "goosing" the sp before cashing out ?
Great entry price today. I'm personally doubling my shares. This is an easy money-maker.
Big news coming!! Load why you can. I am locked in heavy in the 1.60s and am going to buy more today. This is one of the main catalyst we been looking for!! NSRCF$$
LOL you obviously choose what you read in my posts. If you look back I stated Graphite is in trend. But big difference is NSRCF has graphite for many applications. Much different then most graphite companies. As most graphite companies dont have graphite for graphene application. You have no clue what you own but all good. That is if you even own it. We have a few more days before news of mine operational. We will see a large spike up here soon. Then news of first scoop will bring an even larger spike and volume here will increase large very soon. So not only does NSRCF have billions of $s in graphite they also have billions in vanadium and some small amounts of nickel that can be extracted with the graphite. So once the company becomes more cash flow positive they can focus on mining a stockpiling the vanadium. But anyway keep up your good chart work LOL. NSCRF

Oh.....Wait......Now I see........
All KINDS of junior resource companys share prices have been doing precisely the very same thing......
Okay.....Well.......Nevermind......But hey, at least we have sound explanation.
Right ?
DOZENS of similar rollovers out there.......but......PERHAPS that is merely a co-incidence ?
Anyways........Whatever......Let's hope things find SUPPORT !
.
.
Make that 37.
As I've stated many times now......LoL
I could show you 37 other resource co.s that've done precisely the same thing,
Nextsources climb has had nothing to do with anything you mentioned
Have the 37 all climbed because Nextsources' equipment was getting on a boat?
Or have they all climbed because of general market conditions ?
As I stated many times now. It started its rebound when the Mine left South Africa. It took about two weeks for it to arrive in Madagascar and get cleared through customs. It had nothing to do with anything you mentioned. Other then those in the know knowing the mine was on way to the site. The mine had been delayed because of covid restrictions that along with the market being bearish is what caused the price to slide in the first place. If mine wasn't delayed past the deadline the price would have never pulled back to $1.40. Anyway just keep playing your charts. Good Luck!! NSRCF $$
When did Nextsource here begin to rebound ?
June 24th
August 8th
Quite the co-incidence those two green cups huh ?......LoLoL !
Virtgually perfectly synchronized calendar-wise
I could show you about 17 other juniors who did precisely the same......
.Yes a broad market rally has simply lifted this thing.......
Like, so when did the Nasdaq begin to rise up ?
I'm sorry that you can not see the connection -
Has little to do with your "news".......(it's which we've ALL have known was on the way anyways !)
Pretty sure we've all known FOR MONTHS that their equipment would be arriving soon !
LoLoL
So you are saying that message is reason for uptick. LOL. to funny. No, others knew the news the mine was arriving on site before they posted the PR. That is why volume has been above average. Then of course the news arrived today mine is on site and will be put together in next 45 days. As this mine is special as it is modular kinda like legos. Graphite is an up coming trend due to its popularity as graphite is the second largest material in batteries. Below is another article that may help you understand. Flippers flipped today. Good for them but they will regret as they cut themselves short because institutions are loading and will be loading more when first scoops are processed through the mine.
https://seekingalpha.com/article/4526771-graphite-miners-news-month-july-2022?fbclid=IwAR20vYp1qr0ZSYyjia0txSQfahH2adMT7WoKIJpXhkiTaS2WYscWb7u9Hvs
That article may help you understand. Good Luck!! NSRCF $$
LOL good luck with your charting here. NSRCF $$
You are aware of the news I said would come in a previous message a week ago right? About mine arriving on site.

Major plus is today we shook loose very weak hands that dont know what they own and those shares went into strong long term hands making the actual tradable float tiny. So any buying pressure will make this skyrocket!! NSRCF
You are aware this board is NSRCF OTC right? There is another board for the Canada ticker. So all my posts here are in regards to OTC. Second you post post all the charts you want they mean nothing. Third as I started in previous posts but I dont think you understand is there are major pivotal catalysts that make your charts irrelevant. I know how to chart trust me. I use charts for day trades and 52 week low entires. But most people dont know what they own here with NSRCF. First off they have billons of $s in the ground and the market cap is $300 million. They just hit the pivotal moment which brings everyone closer to profit and of course why institutions buy is the dividends. They dividends alone will be huge long term and the price will reflect the speculative earnings for 10 years very soon. Now everything I said is coming to light along with the 250K volume day and in next 60 days we will have million volume days I can assure you. But invest and trade as you like. I am just stating you need to understand a bigger picture outside some silly chart.

Whichever, recently both vols have increased interestingly (to a chartist) ......atributable to the press
Very nice large buys coming in. Volume way above normal. Think we got big news coming shortly!! NSRCF
Volume is building nicely. See some nice dumps meaning short term weak hands are exciting with profit. We will have large news soon of mine being assembled on site. Then shortly after first scoop!! Nearing the 250K volume expected for a big move up. I suspect we will be back in the 1 million volume days in next month or so. NSRCF $$
Well the PRs state mine was behind schedule due to covid. But now everything is up and running. With no catalyst yes this would drop below $1.50. But we have catalyst coming. Also I am not sure if the company is behind the PRs but possibly they have been before. But Catalyst news is mine has arrived on site. Then next catalyst is mine is finished being built. Then next catalyst is first scoop produced. Chart means very little here in my opinion. Volume isn't enough to make a difference currently we need at least a 250,000 share day or above to make any difference. But this pre run here has happened many times in the past before the big news that brings big volume. There where profit takers today but in my opinion they will regret selling. This company has like multi billions in resource. But current volume won't support a PPS rise. NSRCF
Nice!! Good Luck!!
I hope it works out well for you. Nice articles too. I hope they get the Vanadium going via Joint Venture, as I remember in a conversation with Brent a few years ago as it needs more drilling work to prove up holdings. I had also gotten in too early with Uranium Star on my first position in the 40 cent range and kept avg down over the years.
Sold all of my position at around $2.70 post reverse split, as I discovered a much more promising company making a proprietary polymer that will revolutionize data transmission from Data Centers into fiber optics at 3-4x current technology and at 1/5 to 1/10th the power (energy) needed to run these modulators. Lightwave Logic (LWLG); got in initially in low $3's and now it is at $10.37. They have their first pending deals with a number of large Foundaries (chip fab plants) in the weeks and months ahead.
It was all about timing and price potential over time. Plus, I love the CEO of LIghtwave (a brilliant technologist, collaborating and leading a Photonics group in Europe, and has vast business experience), their top notch BOD and Advisory committee.
One open question still in my mind is how is NEXT going to finance their Phase 2 which will have large capital expense, as well as any spherical production plant? That made me less optimistic in some ways, as Lightwave has minimal cap ex, and is using the Foundaries as a partner to lay their polymer product down into silicon wafers for sale to buyers (e.g. Cisco, telecom , etc).
You exited last June? Just watching? I been buying all the way down to $1.50 and been in since it was Uranium Star. This is a long term monster. Short term gains will be good. But long term we looking at billions is product in graphite alone not including vanadium and when the company becomes flush with cash dividends and I am pretty sure other property purchases and explorations. So to side line is an interesting move for sure. NSRCF
