We may get an update this month yet but I do not foresee it containing any new updates on the acquisition. I do not believe we will get an update on that till later in July early August. Just my opinion.

Yes, the chart looks awesome as among many things, the 12 day price moving average has just crossed the 200 day price moving average which is a strong indicator for a very good and sustained upward move!

Even better, if the NTRR stock can sustain a price of $.006 or higher for the next 50-60 days, the "Golden Cross" of the 50 day price moving average crossing the 200 day price moving average could happen by mid August or sometime in September which, by coincidence, could be timed by any closing of the acquisition and during a usually bullish time of year for the stock market as a whole.

Patience has almost always paid off well for me so I will wait, watch and enjoy the potential strong ride up in the coming days and weeks!

I've said if the acquisition goes through, I'll sell on the pump. Sidney lied- 150 locations of CBD's at avg $39 revenue (not counting online) per store in 2 consecutive Q's. This changed everything for me- We were duped. Like the current business, & the prev. diety acquisition, he'll probably drive Mercury down too.

It is somewhat understandable to feel the way you do, however, you are MICRO sighted instead of being MACRO sighted.

Let's consider two strategies to grow a business; You can BUILD growth or BUY growth.

Clearly, NTRR is having difficulty in BUILDING growth so now, they are BUYING growth with the potential multi million dollar, "bricks and mortar" acquisition company with provable revenues and cash flow.

It is my understanding that NTRR will leave the acquisition's existing management in place so I am not worried about NTRR negatively affecting this acquisition.

If NTRR does this right, Jim will have a solid business base from which to build upon while having the opportunity to buy additional growth.

Let's be real, many OTC public companies' market caps are deemed much higher than what they would be worth on a private company bases, so, if the NTRR completes this acquisition and takes other positive business action, I believe we could see valuations in excess of $.005/share - $.01/share plus.

If Jim and his friends let the NTRR stock breathe, my numbers could be attainable.

I could use NFLX as an example when it was a penny stock and everyone chuckled when I said buy this... you have to use exaggerated examples' to open peoples eyes.. this is the OTC current co revs on a trip stock hold no/little merit.. in the end its about interest - future outlook and whos playing the game .. because its a game and different players have different outcomes..

Always a_good_laff when people_focus on company's_revs trading_at_500th of a penny... Tesla traded in the red for Years just until a few years ago.. company's w growth potential always trade on future value and often on upcoming events,.. this could and likely should be trading over .01 .. time tells all.. stocks always go from over sold to very over bought then find their true balance / worth based on overall sentiment in the end watch and learn!

I'm an investor, & can complain about the freefall. You act like anyone being truthful is an enemy or hurdle. 150 supposed locations & $5,919 revenue ($39 per) means incompetence or lying. Diety was an acquisition too, not with Mercury's sales, but still hasn't parlayed to anything. If Rev is still bad, I'm selling on the acquisition pump- if the acq happens.

Company's typically don't hire IR firms unless there's substantial updates coming and they need it handled professionally and to field increased investor inquiries.. esp in OTC There is a lot more coming than just the $4Million Rev Mercury Medical research company.. I can speculate .. and I am usually surprisingly accurate .. hence my very bullish outlook on this stock.. also Tis chart cab easily warrant and handle a very very big move wilt barely any resistance levels .. some people imo are about to get very wealthy here...
This monthly chart shows almost no resistance after .008 cept for the .015 zone which is small watch and remember this posit when the move becomes substantial.. ;)
That monthly MACD RSI curl and CMF should be very telling here!

They will let Mercury continue to do their thing. And with the potential revenue from Mercury I’m not worried about the lack luster CBD sales one bit. It will come around. Their is a bigger reason sales are what they are and it’s not for me to discuss. If you want answers call Sydney he will chat with you. If not don’t complain. The past is the past why dwell on it look towards the future.
