Woogie check the history. Pink Sheets said shorty owed one share on January 1 but covered on the 15th with an average daily volume of zero. See if there was a single share traded. If not, how did he cover?

Things aint never what they see on IH stoxx.
Always a bunch a noise ta distract from the trail. A friggin laugh a minute. Desperation is an interestin emotion. Save the boats, planes, houses and cars. The bad guys are comin.
Never a dull moment on the NCVT board
I see we have a meeting of the minds here.
Judge Lee said (over golf) "That guy, he's a peeling the wrong apples. How long has this guy worked for NIR anyway!!!"....
Belize. I like Belize.
I don't got ta answer no stinkin brief, gringo. We keep secrets in Belize Amigos del frunce antes de su deposicion. Hurt feelins, bad people. How can it be?
Looks like the Fifth Circuit reinstated my Netco/Privada appeal despite Corey Ribotsky's attorney trying to run up the legal tab by filing some whining, crying brief personally attacking the litigants.
Corey should understand something-- the appeals court has a standing policy to reinstate if an application is made within a fair amount of time and no prejudice occurs.
Instead of talking about prejudice, he whined about bad people hurting his little billionaire offshore money hiding money laundering foreign tax haven funds.
But when I litigate against his funds, I'll do it in Belize where they are at. He can hop a plane and come for a deposition, and I'll show him the briefs his legal counsel wrote that hurt my feelings and see if the Belize judge agrees.

still holding my ncvt , you think the prince of darkness could shed a little light?
You misunderstand appeal terminated. The judge was referring to the 28 USC 636 objections to the Magistrate Judge's recommendations. Some older judge's refer to them as appeal.
You think?
I paid my filing fee but they didn't mark it.
Geesh. Don't worry, I'll get around to fixing that.
Oops! Somebody forgot to pay their filing fee!
In re: Privada, Inc. (formerly Netco Investments):
Under 5th Cir. R. 42.3, the appeal is dismissed as of June 12, 2009, for want of prosecution. The appellant failed to timely pay the docketing fee.
Where do we go from here?
ho ho ho, you are funny today.
I have evidence he's purchased a blowup doll that has lcd eyes which display Level II quotes for both stocks and futures and that he's bookmarked NCVT.
.051 x 1.50
soon .0001
very cozy, was it the boat or the plane that had the interesting name/number? i really dont recall
ohhhh, good idea! ...why didnt I think of that! lol
What Choti said we'll do is put Corey Ribotsky's Ferrari and boats into this shell then when he converts the notes we can give him his stuff back.
This time around Choti will be Pres and I will be v.p.

I have finally completed my lawsuit against Paul Taylor for the use of my name in his press releases during the Netco days.
Huh? I thought your lawsuit was about the pimp site? I guess that didn't go anywhere since I see it still being used,lol... Regardless, what does "completed my lawsuit" mean? What was the outcome, RCA?
And what state have you filed this latest court action in? Link please???
tia
It's a darn good stock! If that Marco didn't tie it up in court for so long, we'd be trading at .0001 right about now.
It appears that is the case. Hilarious.
Even you must think its funny by now
Pearshaped? I thought it was a bunch of Retsgoow.
Dunno mate. Its all pearshaped anyway
did I miss something woog?
yes I agree, Corey is definitely an interesting guy for sure!!
I heard he's a good guy, Corey Ribotsky. Bought a Ferrari, boat, etc., with proceeds from selling stock of fraud schemes such as this Netco disaster. Corey, I think, violated the trade embargo against Cuba by taking shares of a company that purported to trade there, e.g., shares of this company. But Corey doesn't care. It's his good work ethic.
Tina, tell me, what could be coming? I understand that there is an injunction against issuing stock, and every time someone files an appeal, the case stops. I checked the docket today, I see an appeal. Last time it took 9 months to resolve and the guy didn't pay the filing fee. Perhaps this time he will pay, so how long will it take?
I don't see how the appeals court has any jurisdiction over it, but that will take a year to resolve. Then when all is said and done, and a final order is entered, there will be yet another appeal.
So I think the ibox saying something's coming "soon" is quite a bad prediction at this juncture.
Vegan dinners please
BWAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
Corey Ribotsky, ....seems I have heard that name once or twice before.
Madison Stock Transfer and their legal counsel have always been a pawn for a special someone.
But don't worry, Corey Ribotsky's crew still want a piece. I will offer an excerpt:
From the perspective of the Intervenors, it appears that the remaining issues are:
A. Whether plaintiff Madison Stock Transfer will offer any opposition to a judgment being entered on Intervenors' counterclaim against plaintiff and cross-claim against Chavarria and defendant Netco Investment, Inc. ("Netco") as follows:
1. Declaring that (i) defendant Netco is required to sign, deliver, and issue such documents as may be required to effectuate the issuance and transfer of the stock of Netco to Intervenors as to which they have exercised or will in the future exercise their rights under the convertible debentures issued to them by predecessors of NetCo and (ii) plaintiff and any other transfer agent for the stock of NetCo are required to issue and deliver to Intervenors certificates of the shares of stock of NetCo as to which Intervenors have exercised and will in the future exercise their rights under the convertible debentures; and
(2) ordering and decreeing that (1) defendant Netco sign, deliver, and issue such documents as may be required to effectuate the issuance and transfer of the stock of NetCo to Intervenors as to which they have exercised their rights under the convertible debentures and (2) plaintiff and any other transfer agent for the stock of Netco issue and deliver to Intervenors certificates of the shares of stock of Netco as to which Intervenors have exercised their rights under the convertible debentures.
I think it's a conflict of interest.
Oh this should be very interesting.
Can't wait
Any old shareholders have an opinion about that proposal?
Good old Madison Stock Transfer, they're going to rehabilitate Netco for us! How nice of them!

CASE: Madison Stock Transfer, Inc. v. Netco Investments, Inc. and Marco Chavarria et al
Index № 60-CV-3926
RE: ORDER DATED 21 APRIL 2009
Honorable Sir:
I represent Plaintiff Madison Stock Transfer, Inc. (“Madison”) in the aforecaptioned interpleader action.
I am submitting this letter pursuant to your Order dated 21 April 2009 requesting an outline of the remaining issues in this litigation and the impact of the Order upon those issues (the “Order”).
The remaining issues in this litigation and the impact of the Order thereupon, as I see it, in order of importance as I see it, are as follows:
1.
Determination of legitimate and duly authorized management in Necto Investments (“NCVT”);
1.1.
The Order cleared out one claim to legitimate authority, but since there has been no meaningful representation by management of the Issuer, it leaves my client, or any other transfer agent or authority, without any legitimate authority to take instruction from.
2.
Payment of my client for all the monies due to them from outstanding invoices, in addition to remuneration for all legal fees due to them from the instant litigation, pursuant to contract with the Issuer/NCVT.
2.1.
The Order has negligible impact on this point. However, upon a failure of any party to pay these debts, my client would like to proffer a settlement of the conversion of all sums owed into common shares of the Issuer/NCVT and thus take a supermajority position in the Issuer/NCVT to reorganize the company.
2.2.
The current tally of the sums outstanding are:
2.2.1.
Monies owed from services performed by Madison for NCVT: $16.341.13, as of April 28, 2009 exclusive of interest;
2.2.2.
Monies owed from legal services stemming from indemnification provision in transfer agent contract: approximately $15,000, as of the date of this correspondence, exclusive of interest.
3.
Incidentally, issuing Madison a supermajority of common shares would solve both problems, legitimate authority and compensating my client, and also benefit shareholders by a reorganization that could only benefit shareholder equity.
Therefore, it is respectfully requested that NCVT either pay Madison forthwith or issue shares to compensate Madison.
If you have any questions, comments, or concerns, please feel free to contact me at your earliest convenience. Thank you for your time and kind attention.
Yours, etc.,
MARSHAL SHICHTMAN & ASSOCIATES, P.C.

Netco Investments, Inc.
Various parties claim to be officers:
Rodrigo Calderon, President. Never formally removed as officer except via a forged document. During Mr. Calderon´s reign as President, various false press releases were issued by Paul Taylor without his knowledge or approval.
Marco Chavarria, Acting President: Owns a note that allows him several billion shares pursuant to a judgment filed in Texas. Netco is a Texas Company and the judgment has not been removed or attacked.
Paul Taylor: Claims to be director according to a filing with OTC Markets, Inc. Mr. Taylor´s history includes many Pink Sheets scams where investors lost money. These includes this Company (as Telatinos Inc.) and many others. Mr. Taylor is a citizen of the United Kingdom residing in Florida.
Gary Freeman, President: Mr. Freeman claims he is the current President of Netco.
Additional information is coming soon relating to the litigation history of this purported enterprise.
