Oops! Somebody forgot to pay their filing fee!

In re: Privada, Inc. (formerly Netco Investments):

Under 5th Cir. R. 42.3, the appeal is dismissed as of June 12, 2009, for want of prosecution. The appellant failed to timely pay the docketing fee.

Where do we go from here?
