its one helluva mess to clean up that much i'll tell ya. when i went to social security to sign up for retirement they asked me if i ever was on ss, i said no and asked why, they just told me dont worry about it we'll take care of it. all the other incidents i had to personally take care of. never again !!!!

That's unfortunate. On the other hand? I've used credit cards on the internet for the last 30 years and have NEVER had ANYTHING go wrong with the theft of one. Except ONE time (on a corporate American Express) where someone stole it and used it to purchase THOUSANDS of dollars of stuff.

Why don't one of you guys open up a pacer account?? It costs ZERO MONEY to do so. They give you $30 worth of downloaded files FREE every quarter. Each page of downloaded files costs TEN CENTS. If a document has more than 30 pages, they charge you $3.00 for it, but you get the rest of the document at no extra charge. Yes, if you exceed the $30 per quarter, they charge your credit card you put on file. Otherwise, they don't charge ANYTHING.

I've been on it for a year now, have downloaded hundreds of pages, and have not had a penny charged.

It would help if several of us had pacer accounts. When the files start flying fast and furious, some of us could download files and put them on the board, when the others came up against the $30 limit per quarter.

The fact that he IS still an attorney and is still listed as an attorney for Samsung in the #0093 BOC case means that he can either stay in the background or he can still be an active attorney in the case.

I just think it SUCKS that Samsung got a last-minute full month's continuance (and then some), by telling the court that Yoder couldn't possibly continue due to his illness. Yet he is apparently still listed as an attorney in the case. I'll bet he is pulling the strings of anyone that will take the lead spot too.

It was all just another ploy by Samsung to keep delaying this case.

The bolded type in my post lists Yoder as an "attorney to be noticed", and still on the list of attorneys. It comes directly from the list of attorneys for the #0093 BOC case.

Go to the website of the Pacer #0993 case. I think I have seen you post up the docket list before, right? If you are able to open up that page, you should be able to open the "Parties and attorneys" tab at the top of the docket list, even if you do not have a pacer account to download docket Items.

But seriously, I have no reason to lie about this. Why would I??

Look in the list of attorneys for both parties, under the "Parties and Attorneys" tab at the top of the docket list. I believe Yoder is STILL listed as an attorney in the case. His name has no "termination" listed, as others in the list do.

$NLST Here’s the lawyer lineup for tomorrow.Looks like after losing Yoder Samsung is still sticking with what is left of the O’Melveny team! I read all their profiles and I can’t figure out who will be the lead lawyer for Samsung . I guess we will find out soon.

Stokd NLST I wholeheartedly expect—rarely if ever I provide predictions or pretty sure of something—Gilstrap will deny Samsung motion to stay & vacate 463 judgment till CAFC appeal on all patents in the case are concluded. If you read it—thanks again to whoever made it public which makes it easier to address/discuss—you will understand why.

I wasn't going to address or post about this sur-reply, given the substance was already contained in the motion itself and Netlist's first response in opposition. And with the BOC trial within days, wanted to stay focused on the immediate. And at this point, the back and forth rearguing of a motion is just noise to me... all I'm interested in is Gilstrap's decision.

Last night there was also some docs filed in BOC case—more noise by Samsung—their objections to Netlist's recent motions for subpoena power and accurate Korean translations. And another proposed jury verdict form with parties competing versions. It'll play out with trial in days.

Stokd NLST Someone last night posted that Samsung is pathetic, with a description of a doc of Netlist's opposition to Samsung's renewed stay motion. Implying Samsung is trying to stay BOC case.

Given we have a BOC trial with Samsung on Tuesday, with folks on edge enough considering the games infringers play to delay trials... it's a bit misleading to not specify and make clear—given they can see the case it's in—that it's to stay/vacate Samsung463 case which is post trial. Samsung filed that motion Apr10—been shared/discussed/on my chart—Netlist already responded, Samsung replied, Netlist last night filed Sur Reply—the last brief on the motion and now awaiting Gilstrap's decision.

Let's be aware of everything at play and post responsibly by indicating which case a doc belongs to, without comments that can inaccurately imply something.

Yes gdog. My breakeven is .86. I was waiting for it to go above that so I could put in a stop limit. Didn't make it. However, it does give me hope for next week.
That UVIX is something else!!!
Now, as far as NLST goes, my dream is that NLST does get some type of win from court this month and that the pps shoots up, pass my breakeven, like it did for Samsung last year. I only need 4.04. Hopefully I will not let greed take over and I will put a stop limit on above $4 so I can get out if it falls back down again. However, I do like your dream of $40.

Down 503,499 shares to 8,485119 shares short. Last report had shorts at 8,988,618 shares.

Maybe, but it's not just the battle with the infringers, it's the PTAB battle too. And that's why I think even Micron who seems to be more behind the 8 ball won't settle either. All the infringers are hoping that most patents will be invalidated and stay that way even after appeal, and then they're off scot-free for the most part. The gap of hopes and expectations between both sides is too wide for a compromise that either side would agree to at this point. I'm really surprised Gilstrap called for the mediation again. Can't imagine much will become of it, but it'd be great if it did.

I have a little different view with Micron, they have no chance for a win I think there could be a settlement.

That is the most important question! When will NLST see $ from these trials. And I believe the answer is, win or lose NLST doesn't see money for a while. Even if they win everything moving forward, whatever they win will be appealed. That's has to be a 100% guarantee. The infringers do everything imaginable to delay the trials and their results. Of course they'll use the biggest delay tactic they have... the appeal. I believe that's why we sit at a pathetic price. There is no possible near term win. And settlements are almost 100% unlikely as well. Infringers want these patents for pennies on the dollar while Chuck wants the full value he believes they have. That's my take. Been here a while, down a lot, and will just sit and wait it out. Just hope they have funds to keep paying their legal fees and keep improving their tech. Another offering would be painful. But I'll consider buying under $1 should it happen. All this is IMHO.

I agree I'm old enough to remember when no matter which party won they worked together, now each party has instilled so much hate for the other that nothing gets done. I've mentioned it before and I really believe that answer lies with each one of us.
