Why don't one of you guys open up a pacer account?? It costs ZERO MONEY to do so. They give you $30 worth of downloaded files FREE every quarter. Each page of downloaded files costs TEN CENTS. If a document has more than 30 pages, they charge you $3.00 for it, but you get the rest of the document at no extra charge. Yes, if you exceed the $30 per quarter, they charge your credit card you put on file. Otherwise, they don't charge ANYTHING.

I've been on it for a year now, have downloaded hundreds of pages, and have not had a penny charged.

It would help if several of us had pacer accounts. When the files start flying fast and furious, some of us could download files and put them on the board, when the others came up against the $30 limit per quarter.
