Very nice. "Tele-macro" sounds like an oxymoron.
LQQKS professional to me, BackTrax ... Good job .. !!
Nice pic, what type of zoom lens and camera did you use?
Yes, we were surrounded by storms that day....
Wow, those are some ominous looking clouds!
good lord, must be all that karate, kick boxing, MMA workouts!
Na, he's pretty strong, fought fish much bigger than that..
Do they have a non alligator section? lol
Nice pics! Did your son need help pulling that huge fish in?
Eastern Box Turtle eggs hatch at 63~70 days..
gotta mark that on calendar..get some pics..
Dave,
My condolences to you, that cannot be easy. Surviving 3 years with pancratic cancer is quite amazing, your mom must have been a very strong woman. Hang in there.
Russ
well, alot of stuff been going on..
mom's pancratic cancer came back and passed away Valentines Day,
she made it 3 years from first being diagnosed with it..
then my 91 year old uncle passed away 6 weeks later...not been good these last 6 months..
I'm heavily keeeping tabs on my 80 year old dad who is in fairly good health...but sad...U know what I mean...they were married
almost 60 years if she had lived to July 30..
trying to get back into the swing of things now..
trying to move forward as the saying goes...
making the best out of a bad sitiuation..
dave
5 months and 2 days since the previous post. Nice to see you are still shooting photos and sharing them here.

Sweet! Thanks for the link Dave.

Dave, for $20 it could be neon pink with purple tassles dangling from each side of the camera, and I'd still use it! LOL!
I bought this camera for 20 bucks but it has no battery charger..
maybe I find one on eBay..being a guy I ain't crazy about the color but for $20 what the heck...
had to open IBOX up top to look..
I used the Canon SD 500...that black one on the botton
I dropped it and broke lens no sooner than I got it..
that one on top I still got but it takes it forever
seems like to refresh to take another picture..
technology nowdays changing so fast..every electronic gadget you buy are all dinosaurs in months..may get me one of those very small camcorders they have out now and try it out on trips.
both are good photos...which camera do you use?
cut Arch video short so could take a still or two..
zoomed, no date..
actual, not zoomed up...
video take off st.louis..Archway near end of vid..
" guess I'm simply Toooo-Country " ... I luv this stuff >
my distant-Cuz on the Banjo .. >
Dave Jr. stopped by after working night shift (12hrs)
for a cup of coffee, took a sip and is still zonked out
on my recliner..lol..
Wow! That is quite an AWESOME gift! I see that it's got an automatic transmission BOOOOO! Let me know how it drives, one of these days I'm going to test drive the V8 version. What a GREAT looking car.
Sweet ride Dave.
The V-8 has over 400, so I guess it's possible to have around 300 in a V-6.
If I get a chance and remember to, I'll GOOGle it.
Get him to buy me a V-8 version.
LOL
Phil
daughter came up last nite and showed me her new RS
Camaro her great uncle bought her (the uncle I go gamblin' with all the time)...nice car, no doubt..
she's only got 300 miles on it...and THEN I'm going
to take it for a little drive around the block..hehe..
only a 6 banger but dealer said it had 305 HP..I don't know..
here's a few pics..
I had a '69 Chevelle with a 350/300, 4 speed and posi rear.
One winter I put snow tires on it with ice studs.
I never saw it, but I was told it was cool when I would spin tires and throw sparks.
Phil
Stop it..You're getting my heart pounding..LOL
back in the day, I had a '70 orange RoadRunner with the flip the switch hood scoop that raised up..it was only a 383 Magnum but I put a 393 positive-trac chunk in it and for racing red light to redlight on crusing strip on Brainerd Rd. in Chattanooga, it was real good coming outta the hole but not so hot on top end..
My elderly mom and dad have some pics of me and my old
cars packed away somewhere..I'll get them to hunt them up and take pictures of pictures..and post them.
69 Mach I..all stock except for new Holley and exhaust system..
70 RoadRunner
66 Mustang with $1200 of performance parts in a 289 engine
uh, lemme think..oh, a white 57 Chevy with a 396 4 speed with headers and other goodies but I kept twisting drive shafts out..
a '65? Falcon with a 302 and 4 speed..it would run good but Charlie Moore put a 351 in his so I couldn't do nothing with him...had a another one or two seems like, but got married, had kids and it's been Pinto's, Mavericks and in general, down hill since then..lol..
a STOP sign in my day meant...SPIN TIRES ON PAVEMENT..lol..
nothing like the smell of burning rubber in the morning, evening or night..lol..
which again reminds me, every time I got into the Mach 1 a lil bit, the back seat area would fill up with tire smoke..lol..there would be a blue cloud back there..
aw, them were the good ol days..
Later!

Yes!!..Please post them when you do Dave...If I ever hit the jackpot My garage would make Jay Lenos look like a shack..LOL
Mopars Rock..My buddy used to have one of these>>>>>>>
It was beyond anything i have ever experienced it was loaded with a 440 six pack
one of these days I'm going go up Ronnie Blaylock (Jr.) house and get take a few pics of his dad's cars in his huge climate-controlled building...especially the LOW MILEAGE Sting-Ray and slew of chevelles and such..with a few MoPars thrown in..some or most all have been taken off the frame and re-done bolt by bolt..
Me and the deceased Ronnie Sr. knew each other well in late 60's..first time I was ever shown 140mph was in his dark green Dodge Charger Hemi 6 pack..
I bet even Jay Leno would get a 'woodie' seeing his cars..
Barrett-Jackson Auction people would go nuts..lol..
but they are not for sale..

Phil
